For a one or two day stay is perfect. 15 min from the airport. Also they had a drop off service which was helpful too. But the timetable of pick up and drop off is either early morning or nights. Room had all amenities.
Some downsides is the rooms were quite cold in January and one of the rooms didn't have a hot water.

The hotel feels like home.. Complete with all you need.. They provide washing machine, kettle, water heater and aircond function well.. The room feels warm and it's great expecially during winter.. And they also provide hanging rack on top of 2nd bed or near window to hang you wet cloth after washing.
Check in process is smooth. Also the hotel is near to the subway around 10 min by walking.
Cons: The toilet quite smelly , not sure where they come from.. I tried to put some soap to clean up but unable to reduce the smell.. Hope the management can do something on the toilet..

We booked it quite last minute and gave the guesthouse owner a call late night. He was very responsive and kind. They provided free pickup and drop off to the airport and were very very punctual and friendly. The guesthouse location isn’t far, i think it took less than 10 mins to reach. The overall room is amazing and spacious, and i love how everything is clean and comfortable. This is worth every penny spent and I highly recommended this guesthouse!
oh, for muslim traveller, there’s halal restaurant in this village area so rest assured since unfortunately food delivery to the area is unavailable.

Mitt flyg anlände till Peking på natten. Jag var orolig. Jag letade mycket och hittade detta hotell. De erbjuder gratis hämtning. Efter att jag letat mycket valde jag och bokade ett rum. Hotellchefen kom omedelbart i kontakt med mig. De tog mig mycket omsorg. När jag anlände till flygplatsen vägledde de mig att komma ut från gate 8 på våning 3. Jag kom snart ut. Han visade mig min bild, tog mitt bagage till bilen och kom fram till hotellet. Det tog knappt 30 sekunder att checka in och jag var på mitt rum.
Superrent, varmt vatten, gratis WiFi, gratis badrumstillbehör, tandborste, badgel. Allt jag behövde. De erbjuder gratis vatten, gratis kaffe och har elektriska boskap. Hotellet ligger nära flygplatsen. Miljön är bra. Budgetvänligt men kvaliteten är superb!

Jag bodde i ett rum utan fönster. Det var ganska litet med litet utrymme att röra sig på. Läsbordet var en liten rektangulär platta. Toaletten och badkaret var också för små utan utrymme för att bekvämt bada. (Faktum är att badrummet var obefintligt. Det fanns en dusch på toaletten, extremt nära toaletten). Det fanns ingen garderob. Bara krokar på väggen för att hänga fyra jackor. Men hotellet var snyggt och gulligt. Personalen var tillräckligt hjälpsam. Hotellets läge är utmärkt - inom nära avstånd från viktiga platser. Det finns en trevlig restaurang precis bredvid hotellet. Jag njöt av min vistelse eftersom jag inte behövde mycket. Allt jag ville ha var en trevlig, prydlig och varm plats att vila och fräscha upp sig på, så det räckte.

I was looking for a hotel on trip.com and saw that the hotel price was $17 and they said they would deliver to the airport for free, so I booked it. I got off at Beijing airport and the airport information officer called the hotel and picked me up 15 minutes later. It was amazing. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff spoke good English. They asked me what time I would be at the airport the next morning. I was told to come to the hotel at 5:00 in the morning and they said they would pick me up at 4:50. I liked it.

Hotellets läge är helt enkelt utmärkt, trots de gamla kvarteren i Peking finns allt i närheten, särskilt tunnelbanan, varifrån du kan ta dig överallt.
Städning varje dag, vilket är mycket bra, hotellpersonalen är vänlig, det är synd att det inte fanns någon kniv i receptionen, såväl som i rummet, för att skala frukten. Det finns ingen frukost på hotellet heller, eftersom det inte finns något café. WiFi är av medelkvalitet. Hotellet är gammalt men beboelig. Dålig ljudisolering men detta finns nog överallt i det här området. I allmänhet är hotellet värt pengarna, jag rekommenderar det.
Om vi är i Peking igen kommer vi att överväga detta boendealternativ.

GGästanvändareI stayed at this hotel for 10 days and had an excellent experience throughout. I was fully satisfied with both the room quality and the staff’s behavior. Let me share everything step by step:
1. Free Room Upgrade: I initially booked a single room, but to my surprise, they upgraded me to a double-bed room at no extra cost.
2. Exceptional Support for Foreigners:As a foreigner, it can be difficult to communicate in China because most people don’t speak English. However, the hotel front desk staff were incredibly helpful. They supported me at every step and gave their 200% effort to solve any issue instantly via WeChat.
3. Clean & Comfortable Room: My room was 100% neat and clean. Housekeeping provided all necessary amenities daily, ensuring maximum comfort.
4. Great Location: The hotel is surrounded by plenty of Chinese restaurants, and there's even a McDonald’s within 500 meters — making it easy to find good food nearby.
5. Delicious Breakfast Buffet:The hotel offers a buffet-style breakfast every morning, with a wide variety of tasty and high-quality food options.
6. Free Airport Drop-off:After checkout, the hotel even provided me with a free drop-off service to the airport, which was incredibly convenient and thoughtful.
I couldn’t find a single drawback during my 10-day solo trip in Beijing. If I come here again, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

CClayton TrekkerLonghu building is near to the scenic site entrance and about 5mins walk. You can access via the restaurant as a short cut and having breakfast there. The rooms is clean and the bed is large and able to cater for 2pax. One toilet located on top of the level and washing machine available. Any issue you can WeChat the incharge and he responses well. You can order food via their service menus. At night around 8pm can watch drone show from the room. Overall moderate to good accommodation.

It is within walking distance to Shichahai Metro Station Exit A1 and A2 which both exit without escalator or lift. Upon check-in we entered our room and a very stinky smell inside the room just made us felt very uncomfortable. When we checked the bathroom the stinky smell even worst. We then asked the housekeeper to spray air fresherner in our room and bathroom. Then we left our room and went out for sightseeing. However, after we came back from sightseeing then we entered our room the same stinky smell appeared. We then complained at the front desk and was told there was no same room type available unless we pay extra to upgrade our room to different type. We were told all hotel in Beijing near the alley was considered old and having stinky smell was a norm. The room was extremely small and no space to put 2 big luggages. We have to find ways to use 1 side bed table to put one of our luggage and to get our clothing and toileterries out. The bathroom was stinky before and after we took shower. We have to ensure the glass door was closed all the time as the air ventilator inside the bathroom not really functioning. The wall of the bathroom was slimy and the one of the 2 plastic slippers was slimy too. We found mould around the corners of the bathroom and outside the bathroom that appeared at the surface of the bedroom wall. The centralised air conditioner was being controlled and only hot air came out everytime we turn on the air conditioner. Hence, the whole room was hot and humid. We have to open the window and worst still there were locals smoking outside of our hotel room window. There were also noises outside the window where we can hear the conversation of the locals who stood outside of our hotel room window. The bed mattress was very hard as if we were sleeping on the wooden bed. In the end, we couldn't sleep well the whole night. We have to put our winter clothing, the towels and the blanket at our back just to make the bed more softer for our back. After the first night, we requested to change room due to stinky smell but failed. The housekeeper proposed to help us to sanitize the bathroom with strong smell liquid chlorine when we went out for
sightseeing. Upon returning back to our room, we can smell the smell of liquid chlorine but the stinky smell had reduced. There were limited space to hang clothing especially during winter, so we have to find places whee we can hang our light clothing like t-shirt. Then we saw the air-cond vent was very dusty same goes to the hanging light bulb was full of dust. The side table underneath the TV was dusty too. We have to use alcohol sanitizer to sanitize the table and side table. Overall, the hotel is located within the tourist spot but there were few staircases at the hotel entrance and 2 small staircases along the corridors lead to our hotel room which made it a bit inconvenience when you carried heavy luggages.

To find the entrance of the hotel, you have to go alongside the left of the tower and use the lift as in the picture to go to level 5. The breakfast was a delicious buffet. The room with no external window was very quiet, clean, and functional, the mattresses large and firm but comfortable, we slept well. However, it was still a bit hot in November with no air-conditioning, so we had to leave the door open, as the corridor was cooler, but it was a bit strange for us. So, I would objectively rate the room 9/10 and the service 11/10, so 10/10 in total ;)

WWalk n SeeA Pleasant Stay at a Brand-New Hanting Hotel in Beijing.
I recently stayed at this Hanting Hotel in Beijing during a winter trip in December 2025, and it turned out to be a great budget-friendly choice. As a brand-new property (opened right around this time), everything felt fresh and modern, which made the experience stand out compared to older chain hotels.
The staff are friendly and pro-active to help considering my limited chinese. I give them 5 out 5 stars because thats is the same service level i get when i am in 5 star hotel.
Location:
The hotel is conveniently situated just outside a residential complex, literally a one-minute walk to the main street. It’s quiet yet accessible perfect for avoiding the hustle of central Beijing while still being close to amenities, shops, and transport options. No complaints here; it struck a nice balance between peace and convenience.
Facilities and Design:
The lobby is cozy and appropriately sized—not too grand, but welcoming. What surprised me pleasantly was how large the hotel actually is once you explore it. The overall design theme is warm and relaxing, with soothing tones and modern touches that create a calming atmosphere throughout.
Room Experience:
For the price point, the room was impressively spacious. It was sparkling clean (as expected from a new hotel), with a large, comfy bed topped with four plush pillow, perfect for a good night’s rest. There’s a big TV, and the bathroom is a decent size with a spacious shower and toilet.
Winter in Beijing can be brutal, but the heater worked wonderfully, keeping the room toasty and comfortable. The real highlight was the smart features: voice commands control everything, lights, curtains, TV, and other appliances. It felt futuristic and super convenient!
The One Drawback:
The only downside I encountered was a lingering smoke smell in the corridor near the elevators on the second night. Apparently, a guest had smoked while walking to his room, and while the staff responded quickly by spraying air freshener, the ventilation system didn’t fully clear it out.
I understand that smoking tolerance can be more lenient in some places in China (even in restaurants), but for a brand-new hotel in the capital, I hoped they’d enforce stricter no-smoking policies to set a better standard. It didn’t ruin the stay, but it was noticeable.
Final Thoughts
Overall, this Hanting Hotel exceeded my expectations for a budget chain, clean, modern, comfortable, and packed with thoughtful features like voice control and solid service from all the staffs. It’s a solid option for travelers wanting value without sacrificing quality. I’d stay again and recommend it, especially if you’re looking for something new and relaxing in Beijing.
Just hope they tighten up on the smoking rules moving forward!

The room I first got had really loud noise from the air-conditioning but they moved me to another room which don't have that issue. Well, the room is really small but that was expected before I booked the hotel, I'm satisfied with the room. The only thing is the location, great location which is close to subway station but far from attractions. I guess that is the reason that this hotel is cheaper than those that are closer to attractions.

AAnonym användareBooked the suite room for a family trip. However the room was filled with cigarette smell and the whole corridor was also filled with cigarette smoke. It was balant that smoking was taking place in rooms which are non smoking. When asked if the receptionist can help change the room, there was unfortunately no other suite room, and they do not allow simply to change the room booking to 2 separate rooms. The staff actually told us to cancel our booking and rebook 2 separate rooms. First of all, the room was not acceptable as we tried staying in the room for 10 mins and we all had our throats soar. And rebooking at last minute would mean that I am paying a higher rate and I will get a penalty from Trip.com. when we insisted that the issue is the room and we are not going to cancel our booking, the staff said we can stay for one night and book other hotels. This was zero service recovery which is unacceptable
The staff contacted trip.com and the service agent got in touch but the ”arrangement” communicated to the trip.com team was not the same as what we were informed. Fortunately they allowed us to stay the first night in 2 rooms that were better in ”smell” condition. On the 2nd morning, we spoke with the manager and it was much better as he committed to trying to get the room cleaned up and removing the odor. We appreciated the efforts and when we came back the suite room was really better and we accepted to move in to it. Unfortunately the cigarette smell did reappear, we thought it was from the corridor, so we had to put a wet cloth at the entrance door to stop the gap and have the window open and toilet exhaust fan on th whole day. However after a couple of nights we realized the room still has smoked smell, so we concluded it was also in the ventilation system, as one room in the suite does not have any windows and only the Aircon/ventilation system was pushing air into the room. If you cannot take cigarette smell like us, then be prepared to request to change rooms when you do get a bad one.
Aside from the first-day ”amazing” service and cigarette smell filled room, I have to admit the location of the hotel at TianQiao road is fantastic, it is near to the metro and the Temple of Heaven. There is also ahos selling baos and dumplings, pastries, a restaurant selling noodles and Peking duck too. It is also on walking distance to other locations with good food.
Recommend for it's location, and if you are perfectly fine with smoking even though it's a no smoking room. For families with children, may be a challenge if you get the suite and stuck with the cigarette smell as there seems to be only 2 suite rooms in the hotel.
