"Trevligt rent hotell, inte långt från flygplatsen, du kan gå, jag stannade i en dag, rent rum och linne, mycket bra för en kort stopp efter en lång flygning, mycket bullriga britter checkade in med mig, men jag hörde dem inte i slutet."

"As we had a late evening flight to the airport booked this hotel as a stopover. Was abit tricky to find how to get there but is very close to the airport. Had a lovely clean room, with a comfortable bed, just what we needed. Then got the metro into the city the following day."

"Min erfarenhet var mycket dålig eftersom jag gjorde bokningen och tänkte att jag skulle till hotellet som om alla vill vila och koppla av. Och det var tvärtom eftersom trip-appen inte vid något tillfälle meddelade mig att de var under konstruktion och min förvåning var när jag kom dit och såg att de var under konstruktion och inte kunde vila eftersom de var med motorcykeln och hackade. buller på morgonen och eftermiddagen och klockan 08:00 på morgonen hakade de på igen för att bita ihop. Det var en hemsk vistelse. Oavsett hur mycket jag klagade på Trip ändrades ingenting. Jag har en annan reservation som jag gjorde innan jag spenderade detta med dem och det kommer att vara den sista reservationen jag gör med dem."

"It was nice staying to this hotel, they are budget friendly. I love the receptionist, even she's trying her best to communicate well with the customers still she was able to perform her duties and help people who are new especially to the area or surroundings and so with the other things to know as a guest. I love their facilities and makes me feel comfortable staying even just for a night. Thanks"

"Location: 10/5 just next to the train station and very close to most of the attraction area around 25 - 30 mins. And 1 hour to the airport. Safety: 3/5 be aware that there is no separate locker in the bedroom however there is a locker room where you can store your big luggage but there is no way to prove the owner as everyone just get the key enter the room and take whatever they want. There is no staff monitor the luggage storage so I end up kept my luggage inside my bedroom and I experienced one of the lady in my room approached my luggage twice but she ran away when she found that I catch her hence I need to keep my luggage on my bed on chained it. Amenities: 1/5 no towel, no soap Facilities: 3/5 to shared for 20 peoples you have 2 toilet and 2 shower room however the cooking area and social area is nice. Recommend for those who spend less time in accommodation and carry less stuff or non-valuable item. Be caution if you stay in 10 bunk beds room you may face a difficulty in sleeping as at the night many people keep getting in and out and make a noise even there is a rule to reduce the noise after 10 but obviously not all traveller following that."

"The service was very nice. The staff was friendly and gave us some advice on things to do in Valencia and where to find them. I was very pleased with everything except the bathroom it stinked very much. Other than that it was a good stay. I recommend it."

"Sehr zentrale Lage. Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, war aber kein Problem da man Oropax bekommt. Zimmermädchen sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Dusche sehr schön für Paare, betten eher schlecht, da sehr instabil :) Insgesamt aber ein schönet Aufenthalt und Ich würde dieses Hotel nochmal buchen."

"Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was spotless. We couldn’t fault it. The bathroom was shared so there was always someone cleaning the rooms and the bathroom. The bathroom had a slight smell coming from the drainage but other than that, I couldn’t fault the cleanliness Location: It was a little difficult to find at first since they don’t have any signs on the outside, but when your walking on that street, you have to look through the door glass to see if you’ve got the right hotel. Service: The staff at the desk were lovely. Sadly they have a set time when they are at the desk. After midnight there is no one on site, other than a phone number to call incase you need anything, which can be a problem for those who don’t have a Spanish number like us. Amenities: they had only one towel for me and my partner to use for one night. Downside: we wanted to stay one night to see how the place is, before we booked additional nights and we’re glad we didn’t booked additional nights. The capsule wasn’t sound proof, which we was aware, but the fact it had a quiet policy in place is what attracted us to experience the capsule. Sadly around 11pm not just me, but the neighbouring capsule experience a couple making loud intimate sounds in there capsule. We decided to give them there privacy but after half n hour it was beginning to bother me a lot as I needed to sleep. So I went to the front counter and there was no one at 2330 at the desk, just a phone number to ring. Which I couldn’t ring as I didn’t have a Spanish phone number. So me and the other neighbour capsule had to put up a sleepless night till the early morning. I did complain to the staff upon check out and she was really lovely and understood how I felt. It was a shame there was no one at night who I could have spoken to, otherwise I only had good things to say about this place"
