This place is just 5 minutes away from ishiuchi maruyama ski gondola. Great value place to stay which is easily bookable. Owner provided transfer to and from echigo yuzawa station. Very friendly and even helped to carry the heavy luggage up the car and to our room. No lift access which is very common in smaller places like these. Two private bathhouse available for sharing. Rental price is great and he took great effort in ensuring fit. Also discounted gondola prices available. Breakfast was delicious which was included too. Overall owner and his wife are very warm to all the customers. Would stay here again!

アクセス 新潟駅万代口から徒歩5分圏内。ローソンが近くにある。ビルの4階だがエレベーターがあるので楽にたどり着ける。 システム 無人対応。ドア前に各宿泊者向けのメモが貼られている。それを見ると鍵の開け方がわかるのでセキュリティ上は良くないかもしれない。 アメニティは浴室のシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープとドライヤーがある。タオルや耳栓は有料。ベッドエリアは土足禁止。 ベッドは二段。上がり口は独立していてカーテンで仕切られている。布団とライトとコンセントがある。鍵はない。足元に靴や小型のスーツケースを収納するスペースがある。 貴重品ロッカー、大型スーツケースをしまう場所があるかどうかわからなかった。 公共スペースにはソファ、作業机3台あり。 トイレは男女分かれている。シャワースペース2室は男女共用。洗面台は4台。 清潔 ベッドエリアは十分に清潔。冷房がしっかり効いている。トイレやシャワールームも清潔、換気扇の埃や鏡の曇りがある程度。 総合 荷物が多くない滞在で、シャワーと風呂、ベッドが使えればよいという場合は快適に過ごせる。

2泊3日のプチ旅行で利用しました。 従業員の方皆さん親切で2人部屋の小さな部屋を予約しましたがのびのびと過ごせました。 朝食はビュッフェ形式で日替わりで白米と他にカレーや炒飯などもありました。 パンやグラノーラもあったので朝はあまり食べれない方でも利用しやすいと思います。 個人的にドリンクに牛乳があったのがとても嬉しかったです。

This hotel has the convenience of a newer and modern accommodation but the rooms keep a little bit of the traditional ”ryokan” feel to them, which I found wonderful. Everything was super clean (spotless) and the staff was very very helpful. The view from my room was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

Very near to Nakazato Yuzawa station. Very friendly lady boss and everything is good. Limited food choice while there is a Thai restaurant nearby and a FamilyMart which require farther walk. Will recommend to those intending to do winter activity at Nakazato Ski resort.

It's close to the station, so it's convenient for transportation. It's a shame there isn't a large public bath. There's a convenience store and restaurants nearby, so it's not a problem. It feels like an APA Hotel with a strong business hotel feel.

前台的老爺爺很慈祥友善，雖然語言不通，但是很幫忙。晚餐也很好吃，環境乾淨衞生，很有傳統日式旅館的感覺。唯一不足是只有公共澡堂，而且澡堂設有私人時間，如果在這段時間想要洗澡可能要等很久。 女朋友很喜歡🥰

正直外観は古いです。しかし、内装や室内はリニューアルされていて古めかしさはないです。古さを忘れるほどにオープンスペースと食事処の展望は素晴らしかったです!窓が大きくサッシも小さいので、景色が良くまるで水上にいるかのように感じられます。 また、食事処のサービスは非常に丁寧に接していただけました。総じて大満足です。

The house is a traditional Japanese building and looks rather like a museum than a hotel. Some facilities are run down and repairs are overdue. However the owner and his wife are very friendly and helpful, they even drove us to the ferry terminal, although we didn't ask for.

This hotel is located at a very convenient location near Echigo-Yuzawa JR train station. It is also a stone's throw away from Family Mart convenience store where I get my breakfast and coffee every morning. During ski season, the area around the train station gets booked up fast due to the convenient links to the various ski resorts around the locality. The owner of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. He was showed kindness and was concerned of my well-being too after the snowboarding sessions.
