Small hotel but very good for convenient for touring around the city. At the heart of downtown just right across famoous street food night market, surrounded by shopping centers and restos, few blocks away from the hop-on-hop-off tour bus. The room is clean, modern and well-equipped. Just a warning to those looking for a quiet relaxing stay, do ask for a room not facing the front street as night life in the area could be noisy. Staff are professional and helpful. Will book again if coming to KL.

Quite old hotel. cheap and strategic however the cleanliness need to be improve the door and the paint are all worn out 

The staff were friendly, and I really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade — definitely a plus point. The overall cleanliness was average, but acceptable for a budget hotel. However, room security could be improved; the latch key wasn’t functioning, which might raise some safety concerns. The bed was very comfortable, and I especially liked the soft pillows and cozy comforter. They provided two pillows for a single bed and four for a double bed, which was a very nice touch and made the stay much more comfortable. The surrounding area felt a bit lonely since it’s located near an industrial zone with not many cars or people around. Parking is available right in front of the building, but it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The reception isn’t available 24 hours, so it’s something to keep in mind for late check-ins or assistance. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly hotel offering decent comfort and basic amenities.

I had a disappointing first stay here. I arrived early and was asked to pay extra for early check in, which I refused, but I agreed to wait. The staff then allowed me to check in early without clearly explaining that my room access would end at 7pm. Later that evening, my room was locked, which caused a lot of inconvenience and confusion. The room itself was very basic and felt old. There were noises from rats/mice at night, the towels and bedsheets looked worn, and the TV only had a few channels. Parking is also not free. On the positive side, Hotel 99 SS2 Petaling Jaya is located in a very central area with many shops, restaurants, and a night market nearby. The staff were generally Ok, but overall the experience lacked professionalism. Suitable only if you need a cheap place to stay for one night and don’t expect much.

Very convenient place for me as I use MRT to go to work everyday. No need to worry about what to eat because there are plenty of food shops nearby. Parking is on the street and has to pay MBPJ during daytime. No lift but still acceptable.

The room is nice, basically the amenities in this hotel are good. The staff are also helpful and accommodating. Recommend to stay here if you want somewhere near the airport.

The location is near to some local shops-7eleven clinics and a restaurant. Amenities are excellent -water dispenser, kettle, microwave. Room is clean and pleasant. A bit small but its ok for me as it is sparkling clean. Toilet is also clean and everything works as it should be.

The location is very strategic, near Sunway Pyramid Mall dan Sunway Medical Centre. Best choice if you want to go to Sunway Medical Centre and want a cheap hotel. And one of the best thing is they have an elevator now!

Platsen var lätt att nå.Jag tror att alla tjänster och faciliteter som tillhandahålls är värda priset.Vissa sanitära produkter tillhandahölls inte, men det är förståeligt för priset per natt. Det enda som inte är så bra är duschen. Vattenflödet var mycket litet och vattnet blev för varmt så jag måste fortsätta att justera så att det inte blir överhettat.Det är fortfarande bra.
