Peeling paint, stained sinks and walls, smelled like smoke, and the sink vanity was a piece of chopped board. Hot water was warm, not hot at all

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. I was there for 4 nights. The location is excellent if you are traveling by car. It is next to several restaurants and places to shop. The service is friendly, and it is quiet. It might be the quietest hotel I have ever stayed at, and it was full of guests each night. I will definitely stay there from now on every time I visit Morgantown.

**Great Value Stopover at The Highlands!**
Microtel was an excellent, convenient stop on our Fort Wayne to DC trip. Located right off I-70 at The Highlands, it was perfect for easy access. The room was **clean and quiet**, exactly what we needed for a quick rest. The staff was friendly, and the free breakfast got us back on the road fast. Highly recommended for a stress-free, budget-friendly overnight!

This is the cleanest, nicest, most comfortable hotel I have stayed in for years! Kudos to the staff! The housekeeping and food staff are included. Best hotel in Charleston area.

The shower is amazing and everyone was friendly and helpful. Busy weekend so parking near our room was a tad difficult but a wonderful weekend nonetheless. Would stay here again!

The service was great but we chose this hotel because it had a spa bath and was on the cheaper side. Well our first room the spa bath didnt have hot or even warm water. In the second room they didnt have the spa bath but the shower leaked badly all over the floor. On top of the shower leaking our tv didnt work either. We could only watv. Highly disappointed. My fiance and i will never stay here again. The only good thing was that the rooms were clean.

GGästanvändareGreat people and service came out to get breakfast and the maids were coming on shift one asked me if I needed anything I said yes and switched my towels out other than that left my room alone while I stayed which I find to be nice and gave a since a security and a respect for my belongings especially since I did not have to worry about nobody coming into my room and stealing my stuff. As for the breakfast it was nice but simple I would make one suggestion and it is adding a fruit basket so someone can have a banana or something but other than that kudos if I ever come back to this town I'll be coming here price is very reasonable thank you

CCheralyn KayThis was a one night stay. We checked into our room and didn’t have any water- no toilet, no shower, no sink. We went back downstairs and let them know and they said it was due to construction and the water would be back on in an hour. It wasn’t, so we went to dinner. Thankfully we finally had water. Not a great way to spend time in a hotel, when half the time we were there, we didn’t have any water to the room. Location was great, but there are other hotels around. They should have told us before booking about the construction.

GGästanvändareWhen I checked in even though we had reserved the room through Trip.Com, I was told their were no rooms. This was the fault of Trip. Com because their website said they had rooms at the hotel even though the hotel had no more rooms to book. I have never had this happened when booking with other online booking sites. And I have stayed in this area several times in past years. Not good when you get to the hotel and are told you don't have a room, because they were over booked due to online booking sites.
