Hotel is conveniently located near the Luoyi old town. The main entrance is on one of the streets in the old town. Front desk was extremely helpful with our luggage and also gave us little gifts when we arrived and left. As we were traveling with elderly, the original room we booked for them was on the second floor and was unsuitable for them to walk up and down. Front desk was proactive in highlighting this to us during check in and offered to change our room instead so it was a lot more convenient for the elderly. Kudos to them! The only 2 drawbacks were the water pressure in our shower was extremely weak and the soundproofing of the rooms was not great. Apart from that, it was a great stay and I would recommend this to everyone who wants convenience to the old town!

The hotel is very quiet and in a great location to enjoy all the local attractions. The staff are very friendly and polite. The rooms are excellent and very clean and the restaurant has a great verity of food to suit your tastes. I would recommend staying here on your trip to Kaifeng.

Opposite Xigong street, Bus stop infront hotel can go yingtianmen easily in a few stop only. Very friendly and helpful reception staff, provide travel information, complimentary afternoon tea break, extra drinking water and token gift upon check out ... Good Services and value to stay.

I booked Yunlv Bloom Hotel because it’s very close to the airport, just about a 10-minute drive, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was spacious, with a large king-sized bed that was extremely comfortable to sleep in. The hotel staff were also very thoughtful — as we had to check out early at 5:30am to catch our flight, they prepared a breakfast pack for us containing sausage, milk, and two pieces of bread. The hotel also provides free transport to the airport, which made the entire experience even more convenient. Highly recommended if you need quick and easy access to the airport!

I had a pleasant stay at Moshanqingshe Hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the metro, which makes getting around the city very easy. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with a calm atmosphere that’s great for rest after a busy day. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Overall, it’s a great place for both business and leisure travelers, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Had a truly remarkable stay in the city of zhengzhou and it was even better because of the fantastic Hilton Hotels, thank you again Lucy for your warm service and customer care! Will definitely choose this hotel again when I return in the future!

Special thanks to Ms. Rachel and Mr. Zhangwenyi for everything you have done for us from the first day we arrive until the last day we left. Ms. Rachel is so helpful and well managed. My friend left her mobile on the hotel's shuttle to Luoyang high speed train. Ms. Rachel quickly responded to WeChat immediately when I told her. She came by herself and RAN to give me a mobile that I was waiting for in front of the entrqnce. We got the mobile before the train left, on time. Totally 15 mins!! She saved us. I don't know how to say thank you to her. I really appreciate that. We stayed at Mercure Luoyang Downtown for 3 nights. The room is super clean, the bed and pillows are so comfortable. The staff is friendly and speaks English well. Laundry is tidy, clean, and trendy. Breakfast is a variety, western and Chinese menu changes everyday. The location is walkable to shopping malls and park nearby. I'd like to give more than 5 stars if I can. We have a pleasure time .Highly recommend.

帶娃入住真的超出預期，必須全五星安利！房間格外寬敞，搭配超大落地窗，採光通透又明亮，屋裡還通了地暖，冬日裏暖意十足，孩子光腳跑跳都完全沒問題。智能馬桶乾淨又便捷，更驚喜的是還有浴缸，玩了一天回來，大人孩子都能舒舒服服泡個澡，解乏又愜意。 小院環境打理得特別好，清幽雅緻，飯後帶娃散步再合適不過。酒店位置也超讚，離清明上河園的迎賓門很近，還臨河，傍晚吹着河風散步，氛圍感拉滿。餐飲方面也十分省心，樓下就是餐廳，日常用餐不用奔波，早餐更是品類豐盛，兼顧大人和孩子的口味，完全能滿足親子出行的需求，停車非常方便，就在地下停車場，臨走時還贈送了小禮物，酒店還有兩衹狗，兩衹貓。這次住宿體驗太舒心了！

There is a direct subway from airport to hotel. Name of the subway is ZAOYUAN and walking distance from subway to hotel about 5mins walk. Hotel room is spacious and clean. There is a small gym and nearby there is a night market and supermarket about 12mins walk from hotel. Near to residential area, there are few restaurants and we found a nice Lanzhou Beef Noodle which is clean, friendly and good. FREE 24hrs airport pickup from nearby hotels to airport , we took the 5am ride and within 15mins reach airport.
