Hotell med 4-stjärniga i Zagrebs län, Kroatien

Hotel is located conveniently, especially if traveling by car. When I arrived, while taking a shower I realized that the bath drain was clogged and had to clean it myself (as I was already soaking wet). Obviously, clearing out other people's hairs wasn't my idea of a well maintained bath in a 4-star hotel so I complained at the reception. They apologised, but it was all a bit too late. In general, the shower could use some TLC as the toiletry shelf inside the shower was not clean as well (had some mold on it). Other then that, the room was adequate, and the location of the hotel allows for a good sleep, even with windows open as it is far enough from busy streets. Breakfast was mediocre - croissants were semi-baked, almost raw inside and definitely just baked to finish from frozen (not freshly made in hotel bakery). The selection of food was meh, but it wasn't horrible.

The hotel is at this little quiet corner which is also good since we had to open the window at night (aircon is centralised and it’s still “winter” despite in spring). We were given level 6 which is the highest floor so it helped with the quietness. The breakfast spread was amazing, lots of cheeses and cured meat. The cooked vegetables are the best, though it can get a little oily. It’s a convenient location to walk around the city, and visit the parks and museum. There are good food options around as well. However, we were there during Easter so most of the places are close but there was a pizza place within 6 mins walk which is open during Easter. Lots of supermarkets around, so it’s easy to get snacks and fruits.

The hotel is surrounded by office. Not super convenient to sightseeing location nor restaurants. We booked a room for 2 person but the hotel only have one set of amenities. We arrived earlier then check in time and the receptionist seems abit angry, maybe it is their style of expression.

the host is really nice. he will ask the time of your arrival, prepare everything and greet you at the arriving time. it is pretty close to the bus station and very easy to access to the city centre by tram

This wonderful hotel is right in the center of old Zagreb.  Everything is within walking distance.....restaurants abound, flower market and food markets, shops, the trolley for transportation is close by, and many museums, churches, government buildings, parks and Historic sites.  The Hotel Dubrovnik is clean, light rooms, comfy beds, and a sumptuous breakfast!  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Jag bokade hastigt ett balkongrum på detta hotell billigt utan att läsa recensionerna. Så fort jag kom till hotellet sa jag direkt till receptionen att jag ville byta till ett tystare rum. Eftersom jag var på affärsresa och var tvungen att hålla onlinemöten var sömnen väldigt viktig. Receptionen ändrade snabbt rum för mig. Jag var bara tvungen att vänta på att rummet skulle städas, och rummet var fortfarande kvar. Det är relativt stort och har en industriell stil, men nätverket är inte särskilt bra. Huvudbruset i mitt rum kommer inte från restauranger och barer på första och andra våningen, men från spårvagnen utanför gatan Ljudisoleringen av rummet är mycket medelmåttig, även om fönstren är stängda Det är normalt även när det är stängt. Hotellet renoveras också successivt och platsen verkar lite trång.Detta ställe är lämpligt för ungdomar som gillar att dansa till disco utan att sova. Den enda fördelen är att det är väldigt nära centrum. Det är bekvämt att shoppa var som helst. Rummet är också utrustat med olika förnödenheter, samt öronproppar. Enbart frukost är dyrare, kostar 10 euro per person, men kvalitet är mindre än 10 euro nivå.

Cosy, boutique -style hotel decorated with whimsical touches. Friendly staff, free and fast Wi-Fi, good water pressure and a small basement gym. Limited, though adequate breakfast buffet selection. My room's mattress showed its age as it was sagging to one side. Staff were prompt in retrieving lost property and posting to my next destination. As Zagreb is a compact city, the hotel is within easy walking distance to all major attractions, with convenience stores at the doorstep and the central train station 2 blocks away.

飛行機の都合で夜中に到着。チェックインが22時までなのを知らずに行ってしまいご迷惑おかけしましたが何とか部屋に案内していただき快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 ありがとうございました。 看板がない(見つけられてないだけ？)入口がとても暗いので辿りつくのに時間がかかりました、、。早く行けば全く問題ないかもしれませんが。 土曜日の夜ということもありザグレブの中心部で近くにクラブなどがあり、路面電車も遅くまで動いており眠らない街の中にあったので早めにチェックインして外で遊ぶのに最適かもしれません！！

Like motel, some insects inside the room and need to borrow insecticide to spray the room. Breakfast is good. Environment is ok as it is a residential area and you won’t hear the airplane’s noise. The restaurant in the hotel is also a good choice to eat dinner. Helpful staff . No lift for second and third floor.
