Incrível!!!! Atendimento extremamente simpático e prestativo, ambiente acolhedor limpo, pequeno almoço INCRÍVEL com quatro mesas cheias de produtos, realmente representantes o peaueno almoço de hotel que todos idealizamos! A vista do quarto era perfeita para o jardim, privativo, com acesso á sauna jaccuzy e piscina. Esta estadia superou TODAS as minhas expectativas, staff Incrível mesmo!!!

Passamos uma noite para descontrair do dia a dia e ficamos muito satisfeitos com a nossa estadia. Desde a piscina interior ao parque Terra Nostra (acesso 24 horas para hóspedes), tivemos uns bons momentos de relaxamento. Todo o atendimento do pessoal foi excelente.

El desayuno es sencillo pero muy rico.LLevaros bañador y gorro ya que tiene gratuitos piscinas exterior e interior,sauna,jacuzzi y gimnasio.Los trabajadores te ayudan todo lo que pueden y hablan español muchos.Hay cerca aparcamiento gratuito

Apreciamos sobretudo a comodidade do quarto, em especial no que diz respeito à dimensão e isolamento acústico. A cama é confortável, o chuveiro excelente, mas o arrumo de roupas é exíguo e parcialmente à vista. Está bem localizado e com espaço exterior agradável e desafogado. Pequeno almoço relativamente completo e de boa qualidade. Por fim, ressalta a simpatia e profissionalismo dos funcionários, sempre disponíveis.

Hotel que assinala alguma idade e desgaste. Insonorização dos quartos fraca, permitindo ouvir ruídos de quartos contíguos. Reservamos 2 quartos para a familia, não havendo o cuidado de os colocar, pelo menos, no mesmo piso. Autoclismo a pingar toda a noite. Depois de reclamado, os técnicos tentaram resolver e na segunda noite, acabou por partir todo o mecanismo, tendo ficado sem água na sanita. No check out é que propuseram a mudança de quarto. Tarde de mais. Boas condições de piscina interior, sauna e banho turco.

Excellent hotel overall. Great location and friendly staff and great grounds/view. The experience there could be dramatically improved with just two small changes: 1. Poolside service - as it is, you have to get your own food and drink. Adding an app or call system would be awesome. A pool waiter/waitress would be amazing. 2. Better mattresses. They felt quite hard, like a budget mattress not appropriate to a nice hotel.

GGästanvändareWhilst the hotel was very modern it seemed to lack basics such as a kettle in the room (there is a nespresso machine but for any tea drinkers out there they will know that making tea through a coffee machine is far from ideal) and being able to retrieve an iron. Instead you are expected to put items in for laundry when all we wanted to do was run an iron over a shirt for the evening. Pool area is stunning however has the most uncomfortable loungers you could ever find. They look great but the max stay to bathe is less than an hour before your entire body goes numb. It seems that this stunning hotel is trying to be a little above its star rating and failing on these few points at just trying that bit too hard for the clientele staying. Rooms were very clean although signs of some wear and tear are already starting to show. Location is EXCELLENT and staff helpful, polite and welcoming. Not sure if we would stay again as we are real sun worshipers and really struggled to enjoy the pool area here.

KKB100The Charming Hotel is a beautifully preserved historic building with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with most of the amenities you’d expect, including a glass bottle of water that is refilled daily. Complimentary coffee is available throughout the day on the ground floor. The staff were exceptionally accommodating—I made use of the luggage storage and was even able to return after checkout to enjoy a coffee and relax on the patio before my departure. Breakfast was well-prepared and a lovely start to the day. One thing to note: access to rooms is only by stairs, so guests with heavy luggage should keep this in mind. Overall, this hotel offers a wonderful experience in a fantastic location. I would gladly stay here again.

GGästanvändareWe had a lovely stay at ANC. We spent 2 nights there after flying in from NYC. It was nice to have the pool, the terrace and be in walking distance to the beach (even though when we went there was too much seaweed to swim) most of the people at the front desk were very helpful. You can also walk to Caloura. These were all good things as we got acclimated from jet lag. Peaceful. One person in particular helped me with reservations and good details on our plans. The dinner was good and the breakfasts seem to be the usual fare, a good variety. We’d recommend staying here.

IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. I HOPE TO RETURN TO GRACIOSA TO THE CARAPACHO THERMAL BATHS AND THE HOTEL GRACIOSA INATEL THANK YOU, H.L. USA

IitravelrussiaDid not like at all. Location is excellent, in the heart of Ponta Delgada. Check-in process is quite embarrassing - self check-in with instructions, sent only 1 hour before check-in after I insisted. Charged for parking, which must be free, as per information on Trip.com, saying “sorry, the information is inaccurate”. The price on their website was twice cheaper than at Trip.com. The room was nice, quite practical with lots of amenities, but some of them were broken. Not that much space, not good with children. Can’t recommend at all, sorry

PPBMLocation is bang in centre of city centre. You can walk absolutely to the heart of the city. Parking can be nightmare. The street on which the hotel is, is narrow and cobbled. We had a tape on our car the second day coz there was a construction on the building it was parked in front. Quite weird. But nonetheless, everything else is quite ok. There’s a lovely pizza place next doors which we felt was better place to have a meal than the restaurant on the property.
