"First impressions were excellent; beautiful gardens and pool area, total tranquillity, friendly receptionist, welcome drink on the terrace. However on being shown to the room we were hugely disappointed. Although large and spacious it seemed damp and was cold (even though it was 25° outside). We had to ask for a heater! The furniture on the terrace (which overlooked a few olive trees and what I can only describe as a pile of rubble) was old and damp, you certainly wouldn’t want to sit on it with or without a pretty view. We ate in the restaurant in the evening after an aperitif in the garden. A nice touch would be to put candles on the tables in the garden. Once in the restaurant we were absolutely ignored for a while until someone finally came to show us to our table. The service started out being good but then became sporadic. Finesse was certainly lacking in a restaurant of this standard. We were left to pour our own wine, the food was not of a quality one would expect of an establishment at this level, there were no finger bowls to cleanse hands after de-shelling prawns, coffee was not offered and by the end we felt somewhat cheated. On the whole a rather disappointing stay. "

"Very good hotel, very well located, very clean and the housekeeper is very friendly. Too bad we had to call a number to find out our room and the door code because the lady/gentleman at reception was not at his desk (all week) even though we arrived at 1 p.m. and reception is normally open until 3 p.m. In addition, there was no fridge in the room and a window in the bathroom. Very good value for money !"

"We returned to this family friendly hotel for a 2nd time as grandparents with the grandchildren returning for a fourth consecutive visit. ALL the staff are very friendly and helpful in all areas. Food had plenty of variety in both restaurants with the children loving the idea of serving themselves. Rooms are well equipped with a free safe included.My only disappointment was the mattress - too soft.The room was cleaned every day. Pools were great with the large one heated with lots of sunbeds available.The small pirate pool opened at 10am and filled up quickly and was not heated.There is a new splashpad in kiko land which opens twice per day. Bars have a great choice of drinks for ai guests with ice cream and lollies readily available. All the areas in the hotel are immaculately clean but be careful on the many tiled floors if it rains. Outside in son bou there are three or four bars and restaurants and was very quiet in may.The beach is a lovely sandy one with lifegaurds on duty. Overall we would not hesitate to return again next year.Highly recommend if you have young children ie up to ten years of age"

"Vi såg på hotellet och restaurangen på Google-kartor medan vi var på en familjeferie i Menorca.Lunchmenyn såg bra ut så vi bestämde oss för att boka ett bord. Whist kör genom de viktigaste portarna och mot platsen tog det inte lång tid att inse att detta är en mycket speciell plats.Hotellet och restaurangen är absolut fantastisk och personalen var mycket snäll och hjälpsam. Maten var fantastisk och vi ville bokstavligen allt ur menyn.Sen gick vi en promenad till klippan där utsikterna var otroliga.En mycket bra eftermiddag med bra minnen."

"Nice place to stay. Good restaurant, jacaranda. Servicelevel dropped during our 4-night stay. A formal complaint to the hotel's manager was not answered at all and upon check-out she totally ignored us. I am not sure it was worth the 7K in total expenses. After Torrelbenc, we went to Mallorca and finally came back to Menorca at Gran Faustino Hotel in Ciutadella. Definitely, the latter has a much better service level."

"Amazing place we will definitely be returning. Could always get a sunbed although it states no reserving and loads of people did and went off to the beach for most of the day. I have food allergies and they catered to it perfectly which helped with my anxiety of knowing I was safe with what was cooked fresh for me. The children really enjoyed it and didn't want to leave. Nice and quiet on an evening, you can hear the entertainment but wasn't anything that was too loud that disturbed sleep. We was worried about noise with having two Sen children but we didn't need to and was nice to see it being all families and no loud drunk adults throughout the day or evening. Close to the beach only a few minutes walk away. We will definitely be returning."

"As soon as my boy and I entered this B&B we were fascinated: iconic style, holiday... minor!! Every corner is aware of the details: from the small space to the outside, to the pads of the rooms, to the lounge pads, everything is thought to make the guests feel cocktailed. Breakfast is a moment. He was prepared for the moment with love and had well-planted local products. but the true surprise was Carole: a special person from the golden heart that made our stay really unforgettable. every day he welcomed us with a smile and kind words, showing itself always available. He also helped us organize our route to the island, providing us valuable advice. Also, we were provided plantable ombrells and snorkelling masks with So much mouth directly at the structure... a gesture that made our days at sea even more pleasant!! We have never seen to experience such a positive experience during a stay, especially from an emotional point of view. This holiday will remain in our hearts forever and we will remember it with great affection!!"

"Vacker läge i Menorcans landsbygd.Pool och rum var rena, eleganta och hade alla faciliteter.Våra verkar ha en liten ansiktsfråga och vägen till hotellet behöver ett allvarligt arbete.Titta på däcken. Maten var verkligen läckra, även om personalen glömde min mans frukostorder två gånger.Vi var bara där för tre morgoner.Personalen var inte en för ursäkt heller. Jag rekommenderar definitivt detta hotell till dem som letar efter en fredlig och avkopplande vistelse.Utsikterna från klippan vid solnedgången är verkligen spektakulära."
