"The room was above my expectation with plenty of space for two motorcyclists and all their touring gear. the beds were comfy though I do think quite a few hotels in Europe struggle with the concept of two separate beds as opposed to two separated beds for two unrelated adult males. The bathroom was big and very nice with a large walk-in shower. The bar and restaurant was very pleasant and a good meal and a few beers were consumed. The breakfast was typical and more than adequate. The staff were pleasant and attentive. I would stay again - and did! Disliked · Here I struggle. Nothing comes to mind. Perhaps a lift? But that is being pedantic."

"We throughly enjoyed our stay at Mainzer Tor, where we stayed 1 night on our way back from France to Denmark. You access the room by getting a code to access the key and the room was super clean and comfortable. The Pension is located smack in the middle of the old, historic and picturesque Alsfeld which offers great atmosphere and dining options. Breakfast is available just accross the street in the old bakery. We found a chaging station for our electric car 5 mins away from the Pension. The remote control for the TV did not work but that is all we can complain about. We'll use this place also next year."

"Ett underbart privat ledt hotell . Modernt och mysigt. Underbar personal och riktigt bra mat. Frukostbuffet är också bra. Det finns inget att klaga. Därför har vi under några år på vår resa från Berlin till Södra Svarta skogen alltid gjort mellanstation där. Tack till familjen Stutz och hela teamet. "

Villa Adelees Boutique Hotel

"What a lovely stay I had at Villa Adel.es! My room was cosy, extremely clean and had a wonderful bed. Hotel owner Anja is a fantastic, lovely hostess. I was staying in Alsfeld for a photography project and Anja provided me with all kinds of useful information. Thank you, Anja! Oh, and the breakfast is delicious too, with fresh and homemade products. There is a lot of love in Villa Adel.es, which makes for a very pleasant stay! Highly recommended!"

Hôtel Villa Raab

"Hôtel Villa Raab is a charming, modern hotel located next to a historic villa. Unfortunately, our stay got off to a rough start when we were given the wrong room key and accidentally entered another guest’s room. While the issue was resolved, we did not receive a proper apology and it impacted our stay. Our room had modern decor and a well-designed bathroom. Breakfast, served in the villa, was fine and could have been more varied. On the positive side, there was plenty of parking available on-site."
