"This is a great budget hotel suite, fantastic location and a massive room with fridge TV and air conditioning including tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were friendly and at a very reasonable price. The hotel suite deserves a 5* rating because of the location which is close to all the amenities however the bathroom room was of poor standard and a lot of insects were flying around especially in the bathroom. The drains needed sorting out as on one night the smell was very strong at about 1am in the morning. This hotel claims to be wheelchair friendly but unfortunately it's only wheelchair friendly if you are not travelling alone. I phoned the hotel on two occasions before arriving to inquire about facilities for wheelchair users and was told I can enter the hotel via a ramp used for luggage but unfortunately the ramp was very steep although they did offer to help me when needed. I also wasn't informed that the dining room was not accessible although there was a lift to the bedroom. They were kind enough to bring the breakfast to my room although it was tasteless. There was a ladies long hair on the bedsheet and the cleaning of the room could be improved. I do hope the management will take my advice and publish the correct information regarding facilities for wheelchair users especially for those who are traveling on their own like myself."

"Such an amazing hostel, definitely the nicest place I stayed during my trip to Jordan…possibly the nicest place I’ve stayed in the world. It’s a really well equipped hostel with very nice staff. Located in a great part of Amman with lots to do. I stayed there the night before my flight out of Jordan and it was the perfect place to relax, do my laundry and eat some delicious food before I headed to the airport. I would recommend this hostel to anyone passing through Amman."

"The room was clean. Front desk staff are pleasant and respectful. I have faced an issue while checking in because the room type advertised was not what I got.. I paid extra to get the third bed that was included in the room type I paid for, When extending my stay, the hotel have refunded that extra amount which confirmed I was right from the beginning. The breakfast is very disappointing: pastries are sad looking, cold cuts don't' look appetising, only two types of bread no sourdough loaf or baguette, also, the staff are horrible there, no good morning no smiles and especially the creepy chef behind the glass making the eggs!! he acts shocked when you talk to him and ask him for an omelette and then makes it in a different way than then you choose!! The hotel was great when I visited in 2023 but now it's really sad to see them in this state. Finally, I came once to the room at night and the windows were left wide open, my guess was that housekeeping left it that way from the morning. The room was freezing of course because it was January. "

Also, the soundproofing is extremely poor and there’s no hairdryer. I think it’s acceptable for a one-night layover before a flight, but not more than that."

"For a hotel that costs around 6,000 yen, the price is reasonable. The interior has been renovated, so there's nothing to complain about with the room. Refrigerator, HDTV, fluffy bed, clean bathroom. Toilet with manual washlet. However, when I checked in, I was told I didn't have a reservation, and I almost wasn't able to check in (even though I had already paid in advance). Information hadn't been passed on from the staff in charge during the day to the staff in charge at night. I hope they take measures to prevent this from happening again. Also, there's zero soundproofing, so be careful if that bothers you."
