"Jag tillbringade nyligen fem nätter på VE Hotels i Ankara, besökte England och talade inte turkiska, och jag kunde inte ha valt en bättre plats att bo. Hotellet är exceptionellt rent, med ett elegant och välkomnande receptionsområde som omedelbart sätter tonen.Mitt rum var rymligt, spotless och mycket bekvämt under hela min vistelse. Platsen är underbart central, vilket gör det lätt att komma runt staden även som en icke-‑Turkisk talare.Frukost var en annan betoning hälsosam, färsk och med massor av variation varje morgon. Personalen var vänlig, tålmodig och alltid villig att hjälpa, vilket gjorde min vistelse ännu smidigare.Jag skulle gärna återvända och rekommendera VE Hotels till alla som besöker Ankara."

"The air conditioner doesn't work and the hotel just asked us to open the window. The bathroom needs further consideration as when we use the shower, water flow through the bathroom's door. Only a few staffs can speak English, which is not expected as this is Hilton. The breakfast is delicious and have high variety of food."

"A true five-star hotel, right outside the metro station. The room was enormous, the bed was enormous, and they even included toothpaste and a toothbrush in the toiletries—something I haven't seen in other hotels in Turkey. Breakfast was plentiful and started at 7 am. It's only a 10-minute walk to the Kemal Atatürk Mausoleum—a superb location. However, however! The room faces a main road, and the windows are completely soundproof! The traffic was even heavier at night than during the day, making it impossible to sleep. I had to use two makeup remover pads as earplugs and finally managed to fall asleep in the early hours of the morning—this was the only, but fatal, flaw!"

"The air conditioner in the bedroom cannot be turned on. When I took a shower, I realized that there was no shower or shampoo. Then the hotel gave me a bottle of hand sanitizer and said it could be used. The room supplies were too poor, and the room was seriously inconsistent with the description of the area. I couldn't even walk without leaving my luggage. All difficult"

"Where to start... We picked this hotel because we knew you would check in on the middle of the night. We even called them before booking to make sure it was OK to check in around 3 or 4 am and they said no problem. So we arrived at 4am after a long long journey to be told that they didn't have a room (despite the booking and the online advance payment)! We were told they could accommodate us in another hotel (same name but Boutique Hotel) and that they could give us an upgrade with jacuzzi (we were staying only until morning but hell why not). We arrived at the other hotel. We had to fight to get an upgrade (or any kind of compensation). We ended in a room with "jacuzzi " which consists in an old dirty bathtub with hardly any light. When you have a wash the whole place is flooded. The toilets are stuck in a corner in front of the sink so you can't even sit on it. Brushing your teeth is another story as the tap is stuck under an old dirty kinda cabinet. The bed was OK. But no curtains on the window so no matter how tired you are, you have the sunlights directly in your face. We barely slept 4 hours and didn't recover at all. If this was an upgrade, I don't want to see the room we were supposed to have in the other place. Anyway, avoid if you can."

"Located in a good spot close to the busy area. The bathrooms were kept tidy, I did not use the kitchen. The room I stayed in had curtains on the beds which was nice for privacy, had a socket and light beside your bed and lockers with pass codes. People were friendly, was quite sociable, i personally am.not but I could tell it was nice for those who wanted to stay up late outside"
