"This was a real find for us. We came to Aosta to watch the Giro D'Italia and left vowing to return. Milleluci was a random booking close to the route but the pictures and reviews looked good. Getting there is a bit of a slog, we arrive late at the bus station with no taxi's in sight so had to walk 20 minutes up hill in the evening heat. Not a great experience, I urge the hotel to look into a shuttle option. But I think most people drive. The receptionist was amazing, we speak a bit of French but she quickly shifted to english and had us checked in quickly. Our room was huge with a great balcony and an air conditioner fitted. This looks recent and I noticed many other rooms had them. They are the Innova units and I have one at home. We did not need it as the staff had thoughtfully kept the curtains closed. The rooms are getting a little tired but we were not overly disappointed. There was a problem with other guests next to us making far too much noise. The staff did their best to sort it out but be aware the walls are very thin. We could have kicked up a bigger fuss but decided to use wine instead. Sadly the hotel does not have a restaurant, but we were looked after with cake and a plate of meat/cheese. The bar is fantastic and we had a bottle of local wine and local beers every night. Please please please try the Petite Arvine Sopraquota 900. This was an amazing discovery for us. The breakfast cannot be faulted. You can eat inside or on the terrace, super helpful staff and my what a spread. There was everything you can think of and more, even a table of desserts. I'm not sure creme caramel is for me at 8am, I watched one bloke polish off a bowl of custard. Staff are brilliant, they cannot help you enough. I feel bad as we rushed off to catch an early bus without leaving a tip so can the rest of you please make up for us. So, a great hotel with a few quirks. Highly recommended and we'll be back"

"Hotel in the center of Aosta. No lift, small rooms, problematic turning on of the TV, completely malfunctioning WiFi. But the worst is the mattress with all gondolas and humps. Furthermore, breakfast is NOT included in the room price. The staff is friendly, but the facility is outdated."

"Jag var på denna vackra gårdsturism med min pojkvän och min hund. Vi har varit välkommen! pojken på receptionen visade oss på en karta vad du kan besöka Aosta och föreslog oss bra platser för middag. Dessutom anlände vi mycket innan check-in (ca 10:30) och de gav oss ändå rum utan överpris. Rummet är rymligt, en utmärkt och full frukost med söt och salt, allt gjort hemma (marmelade med fikon och tomater är speciellt!). Även platsen är mycket bekvämt, centralt men lugnt. Jag uppskattade verkligen också behandlingen av min hund, det är inte lätt att hitta så vänliga och toleranta värddatorer mot hundar. Vi kommer säkert tillbaka!"

"We loved our stay at Hotel Milleluci and Aosta. The rooms were very comfortable. The huge breakfast does not get its fair credit in other reviews I read before the trip. The breakfast is fantastic with eggs, cheeses, meats, pastries, pancakes, yogurt, and has plenty of gluten free options. Tripadvisor lists air conditioning in the room amenities. I was surprised our room didn't have air conditioning because of that. However, we didn't need it, although our trip was late July the evenings were comfortable, and we all slept great. But some may care about that. Check out the smallest pool and the hot tub and sauna, they are all situated with mountain views, and the smallest pool is heated. We were visiting friends in town, so we stayed here nearly a week and were very comfortable the entire time. The public space on the first floor has a lot of separate couches and coffee tables which we used to play games with the kids. We will stay here again."

"I paid, but I didn't sleep. I made the mistake of leaving the microscopic piece of paper with the hotel door access code in the room. It was not possible to contact anyone, and therefore enter the hotel, because they don't answer the reception number and there is no emergency number outside. They say they DO NOT WANT TO BE DISTURBED!!!! I had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night, sleep without luggage (since they had remained in the room). When I complained, the receptionist claimed that it was not a problem that concerns her. When I asked for a refund of the sums paid for a room that it was not possible to access, she didn't even pretend to listen."

"Everything is great. The location is good, the facilities are good, and the staff are friendly. However, there are two downsides. One is that the towels smell strongly sour, as if they were washed with baking soda, and the other is that the laundry service is too expensive. I packed fewer clothes planning to do my laundry here, but I was shocked by the price. I paid 49.9 euros for 6 pairs of socks, 6 pairs of underwear, and 3 white undershirts... Still, the hotel itself is good, so it is fine to stay here as long as you avoid the laundry service."

"Hotellet ligger i centrala läge med en promenad från fotgängare. Hotell som är rena i alla detalj, rena rum, badrum och toaletter. Mycket bekväm säng och mysigt och varmt rum (den yttre temperaturen var omkring 10°). Frukost verkligen överflödigt, du kan välja mellan söt frukost eller salt utan problem och om något slutar köket är alltid öppen för att se till att varje gäst kan ha vad du söker. Verkligen oförskämd och mycket vänlig och förberedd personal. Parkering utanför byggnaden med betalning på plats (kanske det enda synd är att det inte är skrivet på webbplatsen att parkeringen är betalning; 15€ per natt kanske är så många). Men i slutändan kan jag bara vara nöjd med övernattning. Jag borde åka tillbaka till Aosta. Det är precis det här jag vill söka."
