"We had two rooms here - one regular room and one suite. Both of our rooms had small balconies. The staff are great and go out of their way to help you. The rooms are cutely decorated and well maintained. The bathrooms are a bit small but this is a historic building so you have to accept the quirks. There is no elevator and my room was on the third floor. I like getting the steps in and the staff were very helpful with my bags but just know that you will have the stairs to deal with. The restaurant has great food and the best cappuccino of my trip. Overall, I found it quite charming to stay there. I liked that my suite had a couch and we made good use of it as a resting place."
