The only minor issue was the kettle, which had some black spots on the base, but everything else was well maintained and spotless. For the price, the motel offers very good amenities and feels like great value. The location is also convenient — quiet at night while still being close to restaurants and food options. Overall, a comfortable and affordable stay, and I’d happily stay here again."

"We stayed here during a year 12 Graduation week for the local high school. It is very convenient to the Airport and a 5 minutes drive into town. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and was absolutely spotlessly clean. The kitchen had every utensil you could need plus a BBQ area and outdoor furniture which we didn't have time to utilise. Each apartment has an undercover car port for 1 car per apartment. The apartment has wifi and the apartment we stayed in was 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The second bathroom was a double entry ensuite/main bathroom. A very pleasant stay and if I was to ever visit Armidale again I would look to stay here."

"Friendly staff and a good basic hotel. We got the budget room and were a bit taken aback by just how small the room was, but it had everything you need and as we were out and about most of the time it didn’t really matter. The only thing I really didn’t like was that the tv is awkwardly positioned in the corner on a rather rickety pull-out shelf - the pull-out shelf was a good idea to make it more accessible, but needs to be fixed up to pull out further and be more robust. Anyway not a deal breaker."
