"A really lovely old hotel with tons of character and a cool vibe. Great breakfast in the garden under the sun shades and a super simple honesty bar for those essential drinks. If you get the chance, book a treatment in advance of your stay - the massage I had was very very good and perfect for my needs. Located in the perfect spot for the town just off the main streets but close enough to get to the restaurants and bars with minutes."

"From the moment you’ll walk into this charming hotel you feel sudden tranquility and at peace. It’s located in a heart of town with multiple restaurants nearby just a few minutes walk away. The interior is unique and beautiful. At the reception there’s a polite note where members of the staff can be easily found. The restaurant serves phenomenal breakfast with plenty of tasty choices. The octopus as a starter for dinner is a must! The rooms are clean, private, spacious, bright and you’re instantly feeling at home. The beds are huge and extremely comfortable. The rooftop garden has a mini pool and loungers overlooking beautiful Artá. The owner as well as other staff members couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. The only downside of my stay was that I couldn’t stay there longer :) I’ll definitely be back and would recommend Forn Nou Hotel and restaurant to anyone who appreciates the best things in life :)"

"I have not even stayed there yet and I am already disappointed. I made a reservation with the standard rate which allows me to cancel 14 days before the date of the reservation. First, all I got was an email that had zero details about the reservation except the date. I wrote back to the hotel requesting details about my reservation the same day and got no response. Then, I wrote another email requesting the cancellation of my reservation the next day, still no answer. Today I sent them a message on Whatsapp and nobody answered. I am not impressed at all with the service and invite the management to act accordingly."
