"Initially, when booking, only rooms with two twin beds were available, and we paid extra for breakfast for two. To our surprise, upon arrival, we discovered that dinners for all five days of our stay had also been paid for during the booking. We only found this out at check-in. Room 805: Upon check-in, we were given room 805, which had one twin bed. 'Well, okay,' we thought, 'that's good.' However, everything in the room was set up for one person: one bathrobe, towels, and toiletries for one. The safe wasn't working, and slippers weren't provided. All night, there was a loud hum from the corridor. The bathroom exhaust fan was tightened and not working, as opening it produced an unbearable noise. The window didn't close tightly, so all the street noise was audible in the room. As a result, no one got any sleep. Relocation and Room 1403: In the morning, we asked to change to a quiet room, as we had specified this preference when booking on Trip.com. Within an hour, we were moved to room 1403. It was indeed quiet, with a stunning view of Khan Shatyr (photo attached). But the bathroom had a terrible smell of urine. Apparently, someone frequently missed the toilet, and the walls on the sides were wallpapered, which had peeled off at the corners and absorbed this 'aroma.' We had to keep the room ventilated constantly. We had no expectations left for this hotel to work miracles or for another relocation. By the way, when our room was rebooked, our dinner access for the 15th was revoked. But we weren't upset, as we usually dine outside the hotel. Hotel Condition: The hotel and rooms are very worn out. The furniture is old, the carpets are dirty, and the tiles and grout are peeling. The mirrors are streaky, and the personal hygiene products are of low quality. This is a maximum of a 3-star level, definitely not higher! Housekeeping: The room was NEVER cleaned! We moved into it on the morning of September 11th. Only on September 13th at 4:00 PM did a maid knock, but we were getting ready for an important event and said we would leave by 6:00 PM, after which she could clean. In the end, no one came. And only on September 14th, at 9:25 PM, mind you, did a maid knock and ask: 'Excuse me for being so late, do you need water or towels?' 😆 We laughed and said we didn't need anything anymore. Front Desk and Check-out: Specifically about the front desk's work. Huge thanks to the girls who helped us move to a quiet room—that's the only reason I'm giving the hotel a somewhat positive rating. But why doesn't a supposedly 5-star hotel offer paid late check-out? Instead, they 'pushed' more expensive rooms on us. It was an unpleasant moment: we were ready to pay for late check-out, but they told us everything was sold out and only premium suites were available 😆🤓🤣. Staff and Security: I want to specifically highlight the work of the security guards. They always created a pleasant mood upon entering and leaving the hotel. Respect and praise to them. Food and Facilities: Breakfasts are mediocre, for a three-star hotel, definitely not five. The gym is decent, the sauna and hammam are good, we didn't go to the pool. In the showers, the broken shampoo and gel dispensers were shoddily glued back together—everything is very battered. Conclusion: The hotel is not worth the money. It's a maximum of THREE ⭐️⭐️⭐️, not five. Will I come back here again? Absolutely not! Do I recommend this hotel? Definitely not! There are more interesting options for this budget 😌."

"Good, spacious room. In terms of decor and furnishings, I'd give it 4 stars. It has an atmospheric, themed setting. There's no kettle in the room, but you can request one at the front desk. However, the room cools down quickly and gets very cold. Although the air conditioning works well for heating, you have to keep it on frequently. The room might be cold because there are windows facing the hallway near the exit, and staff often open them for some unknown reason, quickly cooling the room down to outdoor temperatures."

"Vi hade en bra vistelse.Rummet var ännu bättre än bilderna.Vi hade en nattflygning till Astana och kontrollerade i 5AM (vi bokade den extra natten) och 24-timmars frontdesk arbetade och vi var i vårt rum på mindre än 3 minuter efter att vi kom in på hotellet. Det är bekvämt beläget precis bredvid 24/7 stora supermarknaden och den lokala marknaden.Det finns många restauranger i närheten och promenaden till floden är verkligen trevlig. Kylskåpet och kedjan i rummet var ett trevligt tillägg. Den enda nedre sidan var ljudbevisningen och vi hade obehag att ha höga tonåringar på vår våning. Jag stannar igen när jag kommer till Astana igen."

During the breakfast, I asked the young russian waitress, who was NOT older than 25 y.o., ''The Toast with the Butter''. In russian I said: ''Toast with Maslom''. She couldn't hear properly what I said and I just repeated ''MASLA''. However, she corrected me straight away ''MASLO (NOT MASLA)''. I replied to her: ''I dont' speak a good russian. I forgot it and I'm NOT obliged to know it. I could make a HUGE NOISE there but I was NOT alone and it prevented me from putting this waitres to her place. I complained to the reception and one of them assured me to talk to her but I'm not sure if any of them talked to her about her behaviour towards guests or not. This young waiteress was disgusting person."
