"It's a very clean and lovely place. Good and respectful receptionist. Overall, feel was great. The only downside is there's no intercom in the room where you can access the reception or kitchen. You have to go out to place your request. Other than this, I'd recommend to everyone. You can easily locate on BOLT app."

"This trip was for our honeymoon. The trip started off really lovely. The view was nice, the hotel honoured my request but the scoring I gave was brought down by incredibly slow food service and basically being locked up in our room due to a conference meeting which was being held in the reception area. On average, we had to wait 2hours before we had any food. We scheduled a couples massage for 12pm but didn’t have it until after 1pm and only one person showed up to give us the massage so we had to go one at a time. Today our breakfast was brought up to us around 8:30 and we were told there was a conference going on. I was disappointed as I have enjoyed having my breakfast infront of the sea shore since we got here. Then when we were leaving, I thought it would be nice to sit on the beach and wait until our official checkout time and until our taxi arrived. Instead we were ushered out of the hotel and settled our bill outside and waited while our car came. This was because the conference was STILL going on. This really destroyed my entire trip. I’m so disappointed as I had previously hyped up the trip to friends and family so much so my brother brought his girlfriend for a spontaneous day trip to experience the hotel. I will not be recommending this place again. There is so much work to be done"

"Vi besökte några gäster som inte hade varit i Ghana förr.När vi anlände fanns det inga handdukar i badrum, eller tvål för att tvätta händerna.Vi bad vår "butler" för några, och han gav oss vad vi bad om. Nästa fråga var att vattnet från tapetarna springer brunt.Vi försökte tvätta en platta och den slutade mer smutsigt än när vi åt den. Jag klagade flera gånger och bad om rent vatten så att vi åtminstone kunde tvätta ansikten och rengöra tänderna. Trots att jag frågade efter underhållspojkarna som kom för att fixa vattenfrågan och vår butler två timmar senare var vi fortfarande utan vatten som vi kunde använda.Till slut kom någon med en flaska belvatten för att tvätta mitt hår med. Jag fick ringa igen innan jag fick några säckar ren vatten och en annan flaska.Jag bad att prata med en manager och blev berättat att det inte fanns någon.Vi upptäckte senare att kylskåpet inte var kyld efter att ha fyllt det med vår mat och dryck. Allmänt mycket besviken när det gäller att kosta 8,500 Cedis för en natt."

"Environment is beautiful but their services are poor. We were served cold rice and the grilled tilapia was horrible and tasteless. Mocktail tasted like kalyppo. Table was not cleaned for us when we arrived. We had to set a table and clean it ourselves. Very poor service. Gate fees of Ghc 600.00 isn't worth the service. I ordered plain rice with prawns but I was served rice laced with too much oil and it was lukewarm instead of hot. Went there on Saturday 11th April, 2026 with a friend. I don't think I'll go there again. Not worth my ghc 600.00!!!"
