Han kontrollerar dagligen, hjälper till att planera din resa, och hjälper till och med att boka transport som bilar eller tuktuk.Hotellet är satt på en kulle med en stark inclination, gå ner är bra om du njuter av det, men en tuktuk rekommenderas för vägen uppåt. Super Deluxe rum med en Ella Rock-vy är ett bra val, särskilt med balkongsvingning perfekt för avkoppling och njutning av vyn."

"I enjoyed a 2-night stay here, with a couple of friends, who paid for my accommodation, which was very clean and comfortable. The meals were delicious, the service was good, and wifi was available. The view from the dining room is beautiful. It was calming to hear the sound of water flowing, from the stream nearby. My friends spotted a deer, when we went for a walk in the surrounding woods. The full moon could be seen from the bathroom window. We visited Ella during the day. Since accommodation in Ella is very expensive, it was a good choice to stay at Romance Valley."

"Lovely place, wonderful bedroom with an Amazing view of the nature. A very large bed, so confortable after a day of trekking. People in hôtel was really nice, they even made me a surprise for my birthday. Lovely table, flowers, birthday cake...and special Sri Lanka meal. A wonderful souvenir, thank you 3 arch Resort ! I can only recommend this place, next to city center, but with silence and Nature."

"For $15 a night our room was par for the course—tiny and a bit rundown, but with a good net for the bed and hot water in the shower, not to mention stable and good wifi. The front desk dude was awesome, recommending a very competent and affordable guide to Ella Rock, and helping us arrange a few other visits we’d like to make while there. It’s a family run business, and the food is good. For a couple days, it was just right. Finally, this hotel is actually pretty close to Ella Rock, so you can make the hike in about four hours. My guide, Kumara, was really good. Laid back dude who even covered the rock ticket (yes, it’s mandatory now) and let me reimburse him when I got back. He also took me to a few little scenic spots I’d not otherwise have found. Terrific hike with that guy… ask for him if you can."
