"Min man var här och jag följde med honom.Hotellet var i ett utmärkt läge och jag hyrde en cykel vid två tillfällen för att se platserna: Tihany Abbey och kyrka, nöje båttur på Balatonsjön och en tur i staden. Maten var bra och jag kunde välja en hälsosam sort på frukost och middag.Desserterna var utmärkta!Jag hade en stor massage och använde poolen regelbundet. Sammanfattningsvis njöt jag av en mycket trevlig pausa medan min man arbetade mycket hårt i värmen!Vi skulle definitivt rekommendera i lågsäsong, men i juli och augusti kan det vara mer lämpligt om du har barn!"

"Overall, the hotel made a good impression – it's well-maintained, with a very pleasant terrace and pool area. Breakfast and dinner were served partially as a buffet – in the morning there was bread, cheese, cold cuts, vegetables, and fruit, plus the option to order from a fixed menu (around 8–9 dishes). Dinners also had a partial buffet (soups, salads, starters, desserts), and a daily-changing menu with four main courses to choose from. The dishes were nicely presented, and you could see the effort and attention to detail. However, sometimes they felt overly elaborate – the flavors didn’t always work well together and didn’t always hold up. That said, I appreciated the creativity and variety. The pancakes were definitely a highlight – truly delicious. Unfortunately, the last two days left a negative impression – during breakfast, I noticed ants walking around and under the fruit tray, which completely ruined my appetite. It’s a shame because the hotel has a good location and offers peace and quiet. Due to the hygiene issue, I’m giving it a final rating of 3/5."

"Rummet är också långt från sjön, det tar 20 minuter att gå, och en man går tillbaka och är lite rädd. Jag var glad över det där rummet efter en natt. Så det här rummet gick igenom en natt och lyckades på Trip.com. Men hotellchefen sa att det var en bokning. Jag måste byta rum med tanke på att vi byter ut till närheten. Jag är inte villig att göra kompromisser. Det är bara hälften av den nya balkongen. Blommor är dåliga. Fönster och fönster är inte ljusa. När jag lämnade huset bad min chef mig betala 1480 Ford City skatter och tog emot kontanter, gav jag henne 5000 Ford, och när jag gick ut fann jag att den hade hittat mig 3020 Ford, mindre än 500 Ford, var det avsiktligt att ta ut en liten avgift på det sättet?"

"Folk röker på strandens sängar eftersom det i stället för information om förbudet och rökningszonerna finns information som man inte bör fodra hjortdjur.Rummen är för små för två personer, med tre personer som stannar i dem, även på natten, är ett drama. Jag förstår att det rum jag har på sista dagen för att befria om 10.00, men att hotellet jag måste lämna om 10.30 är en överdörr.Det bör vara möjligt att stanna på hotellet till 11.30. Inga attraktioner för vuxna - full av fruktansvärda höga spel för barn ... Hotell på en mycket upptagen gata. + Ren, trevlig strand, sängar är alltid tillgängliga och gratis (bravo).Mat och drycker ca.Bar med alkohol på natten fungerar mycket effektivt.Tjänsten i hela hotellet är mycket trevlig.Hotellet har barns attraktioner."

"Avoid at all costs ! Me and my partner and his little daughter,came here for two nights , three weeks ago and it was spoiled by the majority of staff there and the food . The food was like warm and zero options for children . The tables outside were covered with mould , masses of cobwebs ,spiders . The waitress was extremely rude and ignored us when we asked anything. We ended up eating out for both nights because it was that bad . The rooms were a good size, with a big balcony but we did not see a cleaner once and when we came back to our rooms , the bathroom mirror was smeared with handprints , very slippery and Damp on the floor outside the bathroom which left a bad smell . The balcony was filthy and laced with thick cobwebs and spider. We also found a few little bugs in the mattress. We did complain to reception and they gave us some house wine as a good will gesture, which was thoughtful but nothing changed on the second night . The kitchen had no management and no sight of cleaners . This hotel is a good design and looks lovely outside but it seems the management team are non existent here and the standards are very poor . I do however feel that all the reception staff were lovely and agreed that the standards within the hotel needed to improve and they did agree a few previous customers have complained of similar things . I would never give this hotel another chance it return . This was part of a family break and a mini holiday for my partners little daughters birthday ,which was completely ruined . We did raise all our issues to the reception at the end and one of the reception ladies placed my partner on the phone to some woman from the directorship management ,who wasn’t even at the premises. My partner explained everything that we had experienced at this hotel . I firmly believe with a better management team , they could really make vast improvements in this hotel, employing staff,with a “can do “ attitude, in the near future but they have a long way to go , to get to that standard. I do hope the reception team find another job in a better run hotel because the ones that we did meet was very understanding and agreed with us and must of felt embarrassed for their let down team within the hotel grounds This is an honest review and I am disappointed it wasn’t a positive outcome from our vacation here . "Ett mycket trevligt hotell för avkoppling i Balatonfüred.Det vore perfekt för 2-day resor för att njuta av wellness erbjudandet.Vi stannade bara en natt, och vädret var kallt och vindruta, en sorg som vi inte kunde ha chansen att njuta av vinsmaken och SPA. Hotellpersonal berättade inte att det är ingår i rumspriset.Frukost är trevlig och har både ungerska lokala och internationella sorter."
