"Rummet är också långt från sjön, det tar 20 minuter att gå, och en man går tillbaka och är lite rädd. Jag var glad över det där rummet efter en natt. Så det här rummet gick igenom en natt och lyckades på Trip.com. Men hotellchefen sa att det var en bokning. Jag måste byta rum med tanke på att vi byter ut till närheten. Jag är inte villig att göra kompromisser. Det är bara hälften av den nya balkongen. Blommor är dåliga. Fönster och fönster är inte ljusa. När jag lämnade huset bad min chef mig betala 1480 Ford City skatter och tog emot kontanter, gav jag henne 5000 Ford, och när jag gick ut fann jag att den hade hittat mig 3020 Ford, mindre än 500 Ford, var det avsiktligt att ta ut en liten avgift på det sättet?"

Spa-anläggningarna var utmärkta och garanterade maximal avkoppling.Se till att prova den fantastiska massageservicen, det var verkligen en av de viktigaste poängen i vår vistelse! Vi skulle gärna återvända och rekommendera detta hotell till alla som söker komfort och avkoppling."

"Our room was clean, equipped with air conditioning, television, safe and minibar. The sheets, towels and the bathroom were clean. The room was warm when we arrived, but after a day it was cooled with the air-conditioner. The furniture is a bit old, but ok. The beds are a bit short for a 180cm adult, but it is not a big problem. The mattresses are comfortable. The rooms and the common places were beautifully renewed, the whole atmosphere is elegant and cozy. The breakfast is very good, with a lot of opportunities. Even with kids have got lot possibilities. In the evening there is live music during the dinner until 10pm. Because of this the rest during the evening is difficult. The minibar did not work properly, it was warm even at the maximum. We cant use it. At all: it is a good hotel, absolutely recommended, worth the price. "

"Avoid at all costs ! Me and my partner and his little daughter,came here for two nights , three weeks ago and it was spoiled by the majority of staff there and the food . The food was like warm and zero options for children . The tables outside were covered with mould , masses of cobwebs ,spiders . The waitress was extremely rude and ignored us when we asked anything. We ended up eating out for both nights because it was that bad . The rooms were a good size, with a big balcony but we did not see a cleaner once and when we came back to our rooms , the bathroom mirror was smeared with handprints , very slippery and Damp on the floor outside the bathroom which left a bad smell . The balcony was filthy and laced with thick cobwebs and spider. We also found a few little bugs in the mattress. We did complain to reception and they gave us some house wine as a good will gesture, which was thoughtful but nothing changed on the second night . The kitchen had no management and no sight of cleaners . This hotel is a good design and looks lovely outside but it seems the management team are non existent here and the standards are very poor . I do however feel that all the reception staff were lovely and agreed that the standards within the hotel needed to improve and they did agree a few previous customers have complained of similar things . I would never give this hotel another chance it return . This was part of a family break and a mini holiday for my partners little daughters birthday ,which was completely ruined . We did raise all our issues to the reception at the end and one of the reception ladies placed my partner on the phone to some woman from the directorship management ,who wasn’t even at the premises. My partner explained everything that we had experienced at this hotel . I firmly believe with a better management team , they could really make vast improvements in this hotel, employing staff,with a “can do “ attitude, in the near future but they have a long way to go , to get to that standard. I do hope the reception team find another job in a better run hotel because the ones that we did meet was very understanding and agreed with us and must of felt embarrassed for their let down team within the hotel grounds This is an honest review and I am disappointed it wasn’t a positive outcome from our vacation here . "Vad vi gillade: Bra kontroll i upplevelse Pillow meny Modern och ren Många lagring i sovrummet soffa och lounge i rummet balkong med utsikt över poolen Många parkeringsplatser Vi gillade inte: middag var en bufféstil, Och valen såg inte ut att vara aptitfulla alls.De flesta alternativ såg ut som om de hade sittt under värmelampor / badbågar etc under en betydande tid. Några av middagsvalen verkade sedan presenteras för frukost på morgonen .... vem vill ha ratatouille för frukost?"
