"Wonderful! We arrived and were a bit disappointed because our room was not ready and pool was closed. We called in advance and they told us pool open and room ready…I had a massage booked so I went to that was ok. Our lunch was disappointing at woodlands as my husband is gluten free and we were told his tacos could be made gluten free and were fried. We had to wait quite a long time for our food and check. Ok so turn me around. Music seemed to be blasting each time we ate at woodlands and with large family groups it was very noisy . We stopped at Jules as we had reservations and the manager invited us to their event that evening. Ok hoping for a turnaround. We finally got our room and it was perfect. Delish cookies in the afternoon and scones in the morning were a delight. The dinner at Jules was beyond our expectations and so we ate there every night thereafter. The staff couldn’t have been more warm and kind. We loved it and can’t wait to return. Our last day we couldn’t shower —no hot water! Alas we still loved it and would return. This is truly a treasure."

"The room was dirty, fridge wasn’t cleaned or microwave. Food was still left in the fridge. And the worst part…dead bugs and dead roaches everywhere. We went to 6 different rooms to try to find a room without dead bugs and each room only got worse! I gathered my family and we left asap!"

"Good location for sports complex. Staff at desk was courteous. There were no extra pillows or blankets available. The phone in the room could only be used by using the speaker option, the hand receiver did not work. The shower head sprayed out of the unit soaking the floor each time and was unable to manipulate. Flushing the toilet made the shower drain gurgle."
