"The room is bigger than i expected. The service from the receptionist is so so so good, they explained very well about the room and share some suggestions to us for taking a good picture. The meh thing is the cleanliness is not in top notch service. The toilet bowl is so so so dirty, there is yellow stain a lot! The bath tub also was not in good condition. There is some mold at toilet. Please please please improve this problem. Not to forget that there is spider web at some lamp. For outside of the hotel, there are a lot of goose poop at road. I know the hotel isn’t the new hotel but i hope you will improve the facilities. For breakfast, i will give 2/5 because the food isn’t hot and the taste is kinda bland also doesn’t have a lot of options. Please improve the cleanliness thing first ya"

"We stayed at Chateau Spa, Bukit Tinggi for 4 days and 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was a truly pleasant and relaxing experience. The resort was peaceful and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect place to unwind and celebrate a special occasion. The room was clean, and the toilet was well kept, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff service was truly tip-top—everyone was attentive, caring, and clearly prioritised our wellbeing and comfort throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warmth really stood out. As for the food, breakfast and the buffet were fine, but the à la carte meals for lunch and dinner were definitely worth the money. The portion sizes matched the price well, and there was a good variety of Western and Malay cuisine. We tried the Western dishes, including salmon and steak, and they were delicious. The spa prices were affordable, though booking in advance is recommended. We visited during the last few days of December, and the weather was cold and lovely, adding to the overall relaxing experience. We left feeling happy, refreshed, and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful getaway or a special celebration."

"Nice cozy boutique hotel in Bentong. Clean room and easy check in. Hotel offers no breakfast, but has Oldtown White Coffee shop downstairs and close to restaurants like Family Mart, Bask Bear, A&W."

"Great stay for those looking a night stay. Same row we have 4 fingers and there are ample of parking spaces. No need to worry about parking although only 4 designated parking under hotel. Just need to pay bentong parking for the public parking. Clean room. Amenities such as toothbrush and shampoo are available. No water dispenser. There are 2 water bottles inside the room. Nearby they do have old town white coffee, Baker cottage, apple chicken and etc for those looking for a quick dinner."

"The room was quite spacious. It was clean and well maintained. The place is strategic with many restaurants open late till midnight along with other convenient stores. It was a late check in and the receptionist was very pleasant and gave clear instructions. The only downside is the curtain wasn't closing all the way of the windows so got lights peaking in . Overall, great hotel and hospitality."

"Good experience, room is big and clean. There is also a paid shuttle service to First World, which makes us convenient. Hotel stuff (the young man) is great and very helpful. However the other stuff (the young girl) is a bit hard to communicate, but can see she is trying her best to help. There is also a gym room there."

"Fast process for check in.. Clean rooms. Requested room to be at the same level, as we had a brother with limited disability but not granted. Requested rooms with nice view but we got 2 suites facing construction site. Expected both rooms had bath tubs but only suites with 2 rooms had it. Jacuzzi not functioning for hot tap. Husband whatsapp to the given no, but no reply. I called the room service by myself but was given info that need up to 4 hours to get heated. We waited with hopes, but not functioning. My husband called up, and said will send the management team but somehow did not turn up until checked out. So, NO POINT OF HAVING JACUZZI IF THE HOT TAP WATER IS NOT FUNCTIONING. Many playgrounds. Even we had one at level 21, however, so dusty. The indoor playground only has 1 slides and foosball. No other attraction inside. As for arcade, we paid to play Air hockey table for nothing! Indoor swimming pool with heated water and outdoor playground were good. The sauna was not up to par. Not heated regardless of how much water we poured on. Not so many halal outlets for Muslim at the mall. Conclusion: Will not repeat."

"Good customer service from TRIP. Was booked wrong date but managed to change to the date I need. Room is clean and quiet, because no windows, but I don’t mind as I need a good sleep with quiet environment."

"Regarding this trip for my comment i feel quite upset and bad experience. I had mentioned at remarks wish can early check in and cold aircond but sadly i didnt get any updated status. Around 6.30pm i just back to check in but sadly they told me my room already give another guest and left last room no aircond and share bathroom. I booked with premium suite but when i get i feel so disappointed. They still ask me to upgrade and add pricing. They cant solve the problem still ask myself to contact customer service but customer service same cant solve and keep highlight they nothing mistake. When i get my key to room also confused without brief clearly. Still wrong venue i went cause had A B C wings. After go inside the room feel disappointed again cause the room condition different with booking photo. Just can to said they not good maintain. So cant unacceptable my room get smelly and i had mentioned with remarks not prefer with smelly room. Whole day busy and tired journey but get this bad experience. Another add on info, if plan going glass house and swimming pool remember drop lift at lv 40 and change another lift(so hard i just found it),advise put the noted at lift or reception can brief the check in guest. If ask me will went again i will think twice 1st."
