"There were many little things not right. 1 Phone numbers that we were sent did not work 2 Looking at the photo of the bedroom which was the one we had there were items missing - 1 stool, 1 bedside cupboard & the blanket. 3 Soap dispensers were empty 4 No toilet roll holder 5 Only towels for 1 person 6 The pillows looked rather scruffy 7 No shelves in the bathroom, though there was a good corner which could have been used 8 No provision for leaving the key when leaving early 9 I had to stand on a stool to access a socket to charge my phone 10 A kitchen with cupboards was attached to the bedroom but it didn't seem finished and there really was no place to sit and eat in comfort An acceptable stay and we were supplied with a warm blanket on request."

"The service was excellent. The staff was always friendly and ready to assist with any issues or queries that we had. They also acted swiftly on the issue we had had when it rained at the property. The issue was fixed the following day. Additionally, the location is at a very quiet neighbourhood ensuring tranquility during your stay! I highly recommend this establishment. "
