"We had a great stay and all the family enjoyed ourselves. The park is great with lots of activities to keep with children entertained. We didn’t find the food on site great so either ate in local restaurants (which were good) or cooked ourselves. A few things could have been improved. Laundry - there was one washing machine and one dryer for the entire Parc, THIS IS CRAZY! Visitors have children and need to do washing, you the park can charge for washing and it looks like is space to add more in the washing building. There is also no redundancy if one of the machines breaks. This lack of provision is really irritating, people want to spend their time relaxing on holiday not waiting for a washing machine… There were also no irons available anywhere on site. I had to do a work Zoom call while away so it was frustrating not be be able to iron a shirt at all. The shower was blocked up with hair and gunk and so was flooding the bathroom. It would be great if the maintenance was improved and things like this was checked. Annoyingly some of the rooms didn’t have blackout blinds or shutters and so it was light every early in the morning which meant the children woke up early. This was disappointing and could easily be cheaply addressed to provide a better stay. The non stick pans in the kitchen were old and scratched and needed replacing, especially as this is a health risk. Lastly it was a bit frustrating being in the glorious countryside though being not too far from the A7 motorway there was background noise from the vehicles which was a pity. I hope the small issues that can be fixed will be improved as it would make it a better stay. Overall we enjoyed our time a lot and would return."

"A good, clean, and very friendly place with a bar/restaurant on the bottom floor. The room could have been a bit larger, but it was OK. Breakfast was great! Interesting that every guest had their numbered table and a thermos with hot coffee on the table waiting. A coffee machine with espresso etc. was also available. I would come again."

"The location is beautiful, and the menu is varied. The Beef Schnitzel is special (not cheap). The Band Nudels with Pfefferlingen are vegetarian. The food looks fantastic and tastes exquisite. So why not a top rating with five stars? Before eating, I wanted to wash my hands and discovered there was no soap in the dispenser. I washed my hands in the accessible toilet and immediately reported that the soap dispenser was broken or empty. After eating, I wanted to wash my hands again, and the dispenser was still broken or empty. A shame, but there goes a five-star rating."

"This place is so beautiful. There are many outdoor activities around the hotel. The geographical location is very advantageous. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around. It is very convenient. You just need a car, otherwise it will be inconvenient."

"Mycket vackert hotell i lugn landsbygdslägenhet. Mycket vänlig mottagning, rum och badrum ren och bra. Skön utomhus terrass. Mat i restaurangen är mycket smakfull, många rätter med vild, alla regionala produkter! Pris- prestanda mycket bra. Tjänst vänlig, även om ibland något deorienterad. Helt utmärkt frukost, allt hjärtat vill, även lax och torka. Endast bröden kan vara något bättre, men vi ska inte ångra på hög nivå. Vi var bara här för ett mellanstop, men vi kan föreställa oss några dagar här."
