"Erfarenheten var mycket bra.Jag besökte mina barn. De njöt av frukost, särskilt vaffeln. Vi måste hålla våra bagage efter att ha checkat ut, eftersom tåget fortfarande var timmar efter checken. Lätt tillgång till attraktionerna och tramsen och busshållplatsen nära hotellet. Rummets storlek är okej, men det hade varit bättre om det fanns ventilation, särskilt i det här varma vädret."

Atmosfären var fredlig och vänlig, vilket gjorde det lätt att avkolla efter en lång dag.Vi kan inte rekommendera denna B&B högt nog.Det är den perfekta kombinationen av renhet, komfort och äkta gästfrihet till ett bra pris. The Feathers Hotel
"Absolutely disgusting this hotel, would never recommend or return! Arrived alone, with two children 5 and 1 years old also pregnant. Was told we had to be on top floor so we were out of the way? When we were checking in the owner didn’t really know what he was doing and was all over the place as if he was drunk. He was in the lobby with another man drinking and watching somthing on a laptop together with in-cents smoking next to them. We were given room 17 on the top floor with about 5 flights of stairs. I never got offered any help or assistance with showing us where our room was. Once I got to my room I was disgusted to see that the room was filthy and had a foul smell to it damp and foist. The full hotel had plug ins everywhere of course to help disguise the smell until you get to your room. There was no travel cot and the room walls were thick of blue mould. The wall paper is supposed to be brown however has changed to blue with all the mould. I then went back downstairs to go address this where no one was to be seen or found to complain about this too. Each day (two nights in total) I rang, pressed the ring door bell and kept a look out for someone and nobody was ever around to help! Absolutely disgusting and definitely not somewhere to take children. We all need a tetanus injection after visiting this dump! AVOID"

"The room was nice (though very grey indeed). The carpet, walls etc were all thoroughly cleaned so it was all very clean and tidy. The shower room and toilet were all clean as well because it was en-suite. The radiator was on too, at full blast, which was good because it was in December so I felt cosy for my whole holiday. The downsides are: there was no wifi. I tried to connect to their wifi downstairs, several ways and several times, but it didn't work. The other downside is, the TV didn't work either. As in, at all. It said 'No Signal' whatever I did. I phoned up the bloke who'd given out my key, telling him of the problems and could they be sorted out. He said he would come 'soon', but didn't. After an hour or so, I tried to ring a few more times, but no answer. I thought I cannot be doing with two things that don't work when they said they would, so I texted 'If you don't come in half an hour, I will leave and go somewhere else, and try to get my money back because this is not what I paid for.' Another bloke came in about 10 mins and was very apologetic, and explained that visitors often have trouble with wifi and the TV, and he moved me to another en-suite room. The TV had a few of the channels (not the main, good ones, but some!), but still no wifi. He said wifi might be fixed by tomorrow, but it was not. I didn't have wifi the rest of the time I was there so had to use mobile data, which eats through your data very quickly so I could use about 5-10 mins a day. It wasn't the worst, and I enjoyed my visit overall, but I won't be coming back to Urban Inn because it did not give me what it said it would. Next time I come to Blackpool I will go elsewhere."

"What a lovely hotel. Compact room, everything in it that you need. Comfortable bed, so a great night's sleep. Very quiet at night too. Bathroom spacious and clean, nothing broken or falling apart. Lovely atmosphere created by it's congenial owner. Nothing was too much for him. Breakfast was great, full English, cereals, fruit and yoghurts. Highly recommendable. Ideally located near the pleasure beach and Wetherspoons."

"I want to start with a positive the feller who checked me in seems nice he said its only him there which I thought ok this could be a problem in itself before I got up to my room if hes doing all this by himself then I cant imagine the rooms to be cleaned properly. Soon as I walked in it was like a thick fog of damp / mold smell. I've got ashma so I struggled to even breath in there. First thing i do when I go to hotels is check the toilet if it isn't cleaned properly then it's a no go I usually ask for a different room in this case I knew it would all be the same. This had poo stains on the toilet seat still! Saw Little pellets on the floor and bed got me worried thinking is it droppings or is it something else. The bedding was all bobbled and worn out and smelt like sweat and other humanly smells... the noise is unreal the walls are so thin I could hear what upstairs we're talking about and when they walked across the room you can hear the thud. It's the first time ive ever checked in to a hotel and checked myself out half an hour later. I understand it was 20 pound it really is cheap and I wasn't expecting much for the price but I expect clean not poo stains on the toilet."

"Last minute impromptu overnight booking, didn't disappoint. Very friendly, helpful hosts, organised free parking close to hotel which was much appreciated. Nice room, probably too warm without opening windows despite turning radiator down. Didn't sleep well due to very noisy guests in the early hours but the hotel cannot be blamed for that. Small points to remedy, no shelf in shower, shortage of cutlery, decent sized glasses, sweeteners, milk, cereal and jams at serve yourself breakfast. Nice cooked breakfast, very basic but adequate for the price and nothing too much trouble. Would return. Broomfield social club is 10 minute walk away, free from non members, entertainment and bingo, great night"

Då erbjöd de oss också att göra frukost på morgonen när vi lämnade oss men vi äter inte så tidigt.Vi önskar att vi skulle accepteras nu.Rummen var rena och sängar var bekväma.Mycket bra gästfrihet.Rummen är grundläggande men allt du behöver för att bo i Blackpool.
