"The room was great, and very clean. The shower was the best I've had during my whole trip in Xinjiang! It's also rare to find a humidifier in the room, which I highly recommend turning on before you sleep! The windows in both the room and the lobby offer a direct view of Sayram Lake, which is beautiful! The breakfast was also plentiful and tasted decent. My only regret is that the land in front of the hotel is currently under construction for an unknown project. It's bare, and there's construction during the day, though they clear out at night. I hope it's finished by my next visit!"

"This hotel is conveniently located very close to the East Gate of Sayram Lake Scenic Area, situated in a lively small town with plenty of dining options nearby. Parking is available right outside. The room decor is adorable and perfect for families with kids, featuring two levels and two large beds. There are bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs, with a convenient dry/wet separation downstairs. There's also a balcony overlooking an artificial lake. Upstairs, there's a skylight – I didn't get to see the stars, but it definitely brightened up the room in the morning, waking me up! They initially assigned us the wrong room, but it was quickly rectified, and we even received some welcome fruit. Breakfast was just average."

"Huge thanks to Karl, our server, for upgrading us to two fantastic rooms! He really paid attention to the details. Since I was with my elderly parents, he gave us a room with accessibility features. The other room had two different-sized beds, which was perfect for our family of three. We even got vouchers for afternoon tea, which was a lovely touch. The only downside was the restaurant being right above our room – we could hear chairs scraping every time someone moved them, both when we were trying to sleep and when we were waking up."

They also gave me extra bottles of water upon check-out. The restaurant downstairs is the best in Bole, and parking is convenient."

The bathroom facilities were complete, with a stable hot water supply, and the cleanliness details were perfectly handled. The staff were all warm, polite, and very efficient with check-in and check-out. They were also patient and helpful when answering any questions I had. The public areas were well-maintained and tidy, contributing to a quiet and relaxing atmosphere overall. The value for money exceeded my expectations. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or on a business trip. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town and highly recommend it to everyone!"

"Choosing Elaine·Yilaiqian Hotel Backyard Royal Villa was absolutely the best decision we made when visiting Sayram Lake! First, a huge shoutout to Tu Tu at the front desk. Not only was she incredibly warm and patient during check-in, but she also proactively upgraded our room for free! We went from a standard room to the 'Chuanxing | Villa Style King Room,' which was much larger and more stylishly decorated. The moment we stepped in, we were drawn to the warm lighting and the simple yet upscale decor. The combination of light gray and wood tones was incredibly comfortable. The bedding was spotless and odorless, and the bathroom counter and shower area were immaculate. It's clear the hotel puts a lot of effort into its hygiene management. What impressed me most was how quiet the hotel was. As a standalone villa-style hotel, there was absolutely no outside noise at night. Closing the windows brought complete tranquility, which is perfect for anyone wanting a good rest after a day of exploring. The in-room floor heating also gets full marks; Xinjiang winters can be very cold, but the room was warm and dry, making it comfortable to walk barefoot on the wooden floors. The breakfast on the second day also exceeded expectations. There was a wide variety, including local specialties like milk tea and pastries, as well as Western options like bread and coffee, catering to different tastes. Plus, the hotel is incredibly close to the east gate entrance of Sayram Lake scenic area, just a few minutes' drive, saving us the hassle of rushing early in the morning. All in all, this stay can be described as a 'pleasant surprise.' The clean environment, attentive service, quiet atmosphere, coupled with Tu Tu's heartwarming upgrade at the front desk, made us feel like we got great value for money. If we come back to Sayram Lake, we will definitely choose this hotel again! I highly recommend it to all travelers visiting the area – you won't be disappointed!"

"I arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. They proactively offered to carry our luggage and even provided a heater, anticipating that we might be cold, asking if we needed anything else. Their service attitude was truly excellent. However, upon entering the room, there was a strong sewage smell. As it was so late and I was exhausted, I didn't ask to change rooms. I traced the odor to the sink drain and managed to somewhat alleviate it by blocking the hole with wet towels and tissue, but the smell remained quite unpleasant. There was also a power outage; the electricity and water suddenly cut out while I was showering. This forced me to stop my wash, and I couldn't dry my wet hair because the hairdryer was unusable. The breakfast was mediocre, but what was worse was that the plates were all wet. I noticed that three entire rows of plates had water on them, causing my naan and other food items to get soggy. While I could get a fresh plate, it certainly wasn't a good first impression."

For those driving, parking was very convenient, and the hotel is ideally located close to the scenic attractions. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit."
