"Positiv: fantastisk plats bara utanför huvudgatan.Nära butiker, restauranger, puber osv. Och mindre än 50m från en filial av Bordeaux s berömda kanelbutiker La Toque Cuivree.(Lämna inte med att försöka några!) Lätt negativ: det är bara på en fotgängare gata. Vi var inte påverkade, men om du behöver hantera bulkbagage, kan taxin inte köra upp till hotellets dörrsteg och du måste gå 100m eller så. Negativt: badrummets duschområde var på en höjd plattform och var inte helt inneslutet.Duschstens golv blev slipperig en gång våt, och detta gjorde att en övning steg upp och ner med försiktighet."

"Very bad experience. When checking in, we found that the air conditioner in the room was broken. It was 27 degrees outside, and the room was small and very stuffy inside. The hotel is next to the train track. If you open the window, the noise is very loud. We went downstairs and took the front desk to the room to demonstrate the problem of the air conditioner. He said he would fix it but there was no way to change the room. It was speechless. My husband and I told him that we did not accept rooms with problematic facilities and needed to cancel the reservation for the next two days. He said he would ask the manager for instructions. We left the hotel to go out for dinner and informed Ctrip customer service. When we returned to the room at night, we found that the air conditioner was still broken. We asked the front desk and were told that they could not do anything. The attitude was very bad and said it was not their problem. In the end, we opened the window and endured the noise for a night. The next day, after many coordinations from Ctrip, we agreed to check out. This kind of bad business should be removed from the shelves!"

"Jag njöt av min vistelse i Bordeaux på detta Appart Hotel.Jag gick därifrån från tågstationen, det är inte långt men inte nära.I början kunde jag inte hitta det eftersom det är utanför huvudgatan, men när jag vet hur jag går runt, är det inte illa! Det finns tvätt- och torktumlare på plats och du kan köpa tecken på receptionen.Jag fick höra att det finns en bastu, men jag hade inte tid att kolla ut det. Damen på receptionen är vänlig, och det finns sötnosbar och redo för mikrovågsmåltider tillgängliga för köp.Jag skulle definitivt komma tillbaka till detta hotell eftersom rummet har en mikrovågsugn, kylskåp och pottor, köksredskap för att laga en lätt måltid. Rummet och badrummet är större än de flesta hotellrum och sovrum.De två fotona är den trevliga utsikten från mitt hotellrum."

"Julien is a superb host. He is extremely helpful and engaging, with the needs of his guests at heart. The central location meant we were near transport options and many of the sights and areas we wished to visit. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Julien services the room every day. Breakfast consisted of delicious plain croissants, two types of bread, jams, three types of muesli, yoghurt, juice, and tea and coffee. You can use the kitchen facilities day and night yourself, too. The place has a charm about it, and is very quiet at night. We had the Grand Hommes room, which is the only room situated downstairs via a spiral staircase. It was a little musty and dark. Opening the large windows is an option to deal with that, but that allows mosquitoes in. As there are buildings directly opposite, the open windows means your privacy is compromised, or, if you close the black curtains, it’s dark. Julien has a device that discourages mosquitoes from entering but we still had a few! Note that all the upstairs rooms we saw were light and bright, though."
