"The hotel room was really spacious, large and with a modern decor. Everything was clean and fresh. However, where the hotel lets itself down straight away is the reception area. When you arrive, you are required to check in via several monitors in the front which do not work and do not let you progress with the check in past a certain stage. We tried several times before approaching the reception desk which was located further back and clearly intended as the last resort. That is also was it felt like as the greeting consisted of’ Does it not work?’ No, obviously not. Even with the lacklustre support we still had to enter our details again several times until the lady realised enough was enough and finally took action herself. Once we got to the room we ordered room service via a very well thought out online system that was straightforward and worked well. What did not work well again was the service. It took an hour and 20 minutes for our food to arrive. When it finally arrived if came without condiments and other essentials. If the staff would be trained better regarding customer service , this hotel could be a much better experience."

"My stay at Easthampstead was a very great experience! This was my second time staying and I love their hospitality, service, breakfast and most of the amenities available. They always remind me of my style. It was my person’s birthday that week and I had to bring her there for the weekend to get her away from home a bit and we were welcomed with a birthday card for her and a cake to celebrate her. She was really excited and she loved the stay. The receptionist during the weekend were absolutely outstanding with their work. Checking in and out was as smooth as always. Am really glad I came and I hope to see you next time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay or for any occasion. Thank you."

"There was a mix up with the description of the hotel amenities in the app....the travelodge visited did not have a bar/restaurant also the hotel had not gone through modernisation renovations so lack of USB and mains ports"
