"Dirty and old"

"I am extremely dissatisfied with the stay we had at this property. To begin, after driving 7.5 hours to arrive, we were locked out of the unit for over an hour. The property uses automatic locks with entry codes, and we were initially sent the wrong code. After multiple failed attempts to access the unit, I finally reached a neighbor who provided the property manager’s contact information. Eventually, the manager returned my call and realized we had been given the incorrect code. However, even after receiving the correct code, we discovered the lock itself was broken. We then had to search for a physical key in order to gain entry to the unit. Unfortunately, the problems did not stop there. At approximately 3:00 AM, my husband got up to use the restroom and saw a very large insect running across the kitchen floor. He managed to kill it and discovered it was a large cockroach. The following morning, I found multiple dead roaches in the kitchen area. I was horrified, especially considering our luggage and belongings had been left exposed overnight in what appeared to be an active roach infestation. We immediately contacted the property manager and were told this was a “normal” occurrence for the property and that an exterminator had recently treated the unit for this exact issue. Despite clearly being aware of the infestation, the property still chose to rent the unit to guests before the problem was resolved. I was assured that I would receive a refund due to the unacceptable conditions and experience. However, despite multiple follow-up attempts, I have yet to receive any refund or meaningful response. At this point, I will unfortunately have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I would strongly advise others not to stay here"

"After changing our room three times (mold/ mildew, water stains, broken stuff in kitchen) it got better. Back door didn’t work for coming back in from parking your car. People were very friendly, and accommodating . We stayed 5 weeks . Wish they had more workout equipment and a pool. 7/10"
