"Fantastiskt hotell även om det är klassat som ett 2-star hotell men rum, service och frukost är närmare ett 4-star hotell."

"This hotel was genuinely amazing, loved the food and the half board is SO worth it. Spa was awesome though it’s weird how Europeans walk around with their bits out in mixed baths. Kids under 14 aren’t allowed in the bath and sauna areas for this reason but yeah, be warned if that is a deal breaker."

"Det finns inga centrala boenden som ligger precis på shoppingvägen mitt i de undersökta huvuden och smakfulla barer/panetter.. Eftersom det är centralt har ingen bil plats, så för någon kan vara lite obekväm. Denna struktur är ny, mycket mycket ren och varm. Killen som fick oss på en trevlig och vänlig reception. B&B ligger bara några meter från en klocka så för dem som är känsliga för buller kan det vara ett problem även om man verkligen känner lite om vintern med dubbelt stängda glas (men ögat som klockorna också låter på natten naturligt!). För rökare som jag på andra våningen finns det en gård där man kan njuta av en cigarett utan att behöva gå ner på gatan. Det är uppenbart att det inte är på nivåer av lyxhotell runt om området, men om du inte vill spendera en oförskämd (vi har spenderat 115 euro x en natt) och i Brunico är det svårt att inte göra det är det rätta hotellet för dig."

"One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in a long time. I travel twice a month, so I’ve experienced a range of accommodations, and this one was disappointing despite a few positives. The Good: • Convenient location near buses for skiing. • Shuttle service was a nice touch. • Customer service was friendly and helpful. The Bad: • Zero soundproofing. You’ll hear everything—TVs, footsteps, chairs scraping, conversations. Avoid the first floor at all costs—it’s directly above a restaurant, so you’ll get bass vibrations from the music. • Speakers outside the restaurant are ridiculously loud and start at 8 AM, going nonstop until 11:30 PM. Even if you’re not on the first floor, the noise is hard to escape. • Window proofing? Nonexistent. You might as well keep your windows open because they don’t block out sound or cold. • The bedding is laughable. The pillows aren’t fluffy—they’re so flat you might as well sleep without one, and the sheets are tiny, like something meant for your kid’s Barbie doll. This review is more about the poor condition of the hotel than the staff, who were genuinely kind. But if you value peace, comfort, and a good night’s sleep, look elsewhere."

"Superlativ familjeupplevelse/vänner!Vi tillbringade en hel vecka i augusti 2026 på Hotel Rudolf tillsammans med fem andra familjer från hela världen (USA, Nederländerna, USA).Mina geuine feedback för hotelltjänsterna är stjärniga, för att säga det minsta. Från kvaliteten/sorten/frasen av livsmedelsalternativ, till den breda och rymliga trädgården, till den ojämförbara platsen i Riscone nära Plan de Corones med en busshållplats framför hotellet självt, till familjen och vuxna bara spa, till bekvämligheten och tystnaden i rummen och, slutligen och mycket viktigt, till den ytterst artiga och professionella hotellpersonalen (Giuseppe the Maitre, Marika på Reception, alla riktigt!).Detta är min tredje vistelse på hotellet och jag är en super fan av det!"

"Das Majestic is located just outside Riscone, near Brunico, in front of the golf course/sport area that in winter turns into a cross country loop. The Kronplatz ski-lifts are close and an excellent shuttle service is provided by the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated, however in a somehow classic/outdated style. Cleanness is very good and the amenities supply adequate, even though the lack of proper tea/coffee facilities came as a surprise and the charge of Eur 1 for a coffee pod leaves a bitter taste. The food offer is excellent, the breakfast amply caters for all tastes and the afternoon breakfast is generous both in quantity and time availability. The dinner consists of a 4-course meal of mostly sophisticated cuisine, even though occasionally some below-par dish appears. Service is excellent and kind. The spa and wellness area are amongst the main attractions of Das Majestic, and indeed it offers a good variety of adequately sized saunas and steam baths, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and few comfortable relax areas, plus a decent gym. There is also a great outdoor sauna with a small lake and an amazing jacuzzi, unfortunately without a proper relax area, replaced though by a cosy hut with a fireplace. The only shortcoming of the spa area is the lack of ready-available towels. Das majestic has also a very well equipped game area with most of the games available for free, only few surprisingly require a coin to be played. The hotel also has a Guest Club and offers some discounts that however seem impossible to use at check-out and come across more as marketing tools than actual vouchers! All in all an excellent hotel and highly recommended: it is ranked 4-star superior but it is definitely close to a 5-star than a 4-star hotel!"

"Have just returned from a 9 night stay at the Blitzburg and it's hard to imagine how it could have been any better. The Superior Oak Room we stayed in was generously proportioned and beautifully furnished in a modern style with traditional materials. The service was every bit as warm and welcoming as you might expect from a well-run family business. The restaurant (breakfast and dinner) was excellent, catering well for individual dietary needs. The bar was perfect for a pre-dinner drink, with just the right amount of conviviality without remotely getting boisterous. The shuttle to the ski lifts ran for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon making access to the slopes a doddle. The train station was a 2 minute walk away for adventures further afield. And the town is as elegant and beautiful as any I can remember. Many thanks to the Familie Baumgartner for making our family holiday quite possibly the best we've ever had."

"The stay including the food was amazing and great. Perfect family environment. Parking was easy at the hotel without reservation. Wellness was small but clean and perfectly adequate. We had a room called garden suite. We will definitely be back. Thank you. Ales P."
