"Very disappointing stay – lack of assistance and unacceptable management. I stayed one night in this hotel (room 105) and my experience was very disappointing. The television in the room was completely unusable, stuck on the home screen. Despite several attempts (menu, sources, etc.), it was impossible to access any channels. I should mention that I have a video proving this malfunction. At 9:20 PM, I went to reception to ask for help: it was closed (closing at 9 PM), without any clear indication of a phone number or assistance procedure. As a result: no solution, no help, and a service not provided. The next morning, I was told that an explanatory sign was supposed to be posted to explain the procedure to follow in case of a problem… but that it had been forgotten the day before. In other words, the customer is left without a solution due to a lack of organization. But the most shocking thing is the way the situation was handled. The hotel manager left me a voicemail message in a particularly inappropriate, even aggressive tone, indirectly blaming me for the situation. This message also contained inaccurate information (notably about a supposed customer who had checked in after me at a time when that was impossible, as well as about my supposed loyalty to the brand, even though this was my first stay). Finally, the breakfast fell far short of expectations: limited choice, small portions, and questionable quality, particularly some undercooked items. In short: - Unusable equipment - No assistance available - Acknowledged deficiency (missing sign) - Inappropriate and unprofessional response - Disappointing breakfast. I was offered a partial discount, but no full refund despite these issues. For a 3-star hotel, this experience clearly falls below expected standards, both in terms of service and customer relations. I do not recommend this establishment given how this incident was handled."

"Mycket trevlig och resursfull plats. En dykning i naturen vid kanten av sjöarna. Rum är perfekta och livliga balkonger:) Utmärkt litteratur. Restaurang och bar oförsvarbar och till mycket rätt pris. Om du har tid, en massage på spaen kommer att göra det perfekta stället. Ett mycket trevligt vistelse med perfekt mottagande. Tack för det här vistelsen. Vi kommer säkert tillbaka."

"Our marriage took place in this magnificent domain and we will keep a memorable memory of it. Our host Sylvie, responsible for the domain, listened to us, guided, advised for the organization with a great professionalism. The hotel is a very clean and well-equipped kitchen and well suited for our restaurant provider. All our guests have appreciated and welcomed this magical place. We strongly recommend the domain for this type of event."
