"The beds were superb for comfort. Room was clean. Bathroom was spotless. A bit of routine maintenance needed for a leaking bath tub faucet and the inside of the sink overflow drain should be sanitized and cleaned out. Plenty of hot water! Our keycard had to be replaced twice due to none function. Certainly would stay again."

"The breakfast was great and delicious. The theme room was great too. However the light went out (the bulb) in the bedroom and the switch was dirty. The bedroom door was opening to the pool that was also cool. There were two tvs and two additional AC units. That was also awesome."

"During the tourist season, I was very satisfied to find a room in a small town in the mountains. This is a family hotel. When I arrived at around 1:30 pm, no one opened the door, and no one answered the doorbell. I called the phone number left at the door, but no one answered. I was a little anxious. I waited for more than half an hour under the hot sun, and saw someone enter the house. I asked and found out that it was the male owner. It was a bit unexpected to complete the check-in in this way. I stayed in the last cabin at the end of the corridor. The air conditioner didn't work well and was loud, but it was only 14 degrees Celsius in the mountains at night, so the air conditioner was not used, and there was nothing to complain about."

"bed sheets has lot of brown stain. no coffee maker (the guy at the lobby never find solution for us jsut promised us 20$ for 2 person 2 night of refund to buy ourself coffee, which i never received) table not stable at all, strong bad smell. no cork for the bath, no shampoo. lobby was always empty, the employee was never there, barely answer phone, so we never got the wifi. a disaster room, disaster service for a super high price. more expensive than a normal hotel room clean, with basic amenties. never again. last year was the best room and best service for less than 100$ a night, dont know what happen to them, but it is super bad. doenst even worth 50$ a night. looks like a crack house."

"Det är mycket nöjt att få ett rum i en liten stad i bergsområdena under hösten.Det är ett familjehotell, klockan är omkring 1:30 p.m., ingen öppnar dörren, ingen svarar på dörren, ingen ringer på dörren, ingen svarar, lite brådskande. Det var en överväldigande överraskning att få en man att komma in i huset när han frågade om han var en man. Det sista huset i slutet av korridoren var luftkonditionering, men det var 14-graders högt på bergen på natten, så luftkonditionering var inte användbar och det var inte lätt att klaga."
