While it has been completely modernized and is regularly treated for pests, the surrounding nature sometimes finds its way indoors.* Water at the cabin is supplied by a private cistern fed by a state of the art potable rain-water catchment system that converts all the water at the cabin to purified, drinkable water. The capacity of the tank is ample, but can and will run out of water with long-term excessive water use.
