Directly on an ATV access route to ATS and Down East Sunrise Trails. 31 miles to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park with its wonderful hiking/biking trails, whale watches and multiple amenities. Many state maintained hiking and mountain climbing trails off RT 182 within 10 miles of camp. This camp offers 2 kayaks and life jackets for the guests as well as a 16 ft canoe. New dock and deck installed spring of 2021. Georges Pond is one of the most popular fishing destinations in downeast, Maine. Fishing rods and small tackle box are provided for our guests. One mile to a public boat launch. We have designated the power to the camp to be provided by Maine Community Solar Power Grid.
