The firepit will be unavailable for all guests going forward to stay in compliance.For the summer season (starting Memorial Day weekend), the local community will only issue 8 passes per reservation. Additional guests may purchase amenity access at the local clubhouse for $10 per day, per guest. (2 additional maximum). Each pass is needed per guest to access the local facilities such as the pool, beach/lake, clubhouse, and sporting courts. Community rules do not allow any lost passes to be replaced. As parents, we understand traveling with a baby/kids can feel a little daunting, so we have made our home baby and kid-friendly. We offer a high chair, a pack-and-play for the little ones, and a variety of toys, board games, children's books, and puzzles for ages 3 & up. This home has an open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling, electric baseboard heaters in every room, ceiling fans, High-Speed Internet/Wi-Fi, and a 50-inch smart tv. On the main floor, it has 2-bedrooms with queen-size mattresses, a tub bathroom, an open floor plan living room, a dining room with AC unit, and a fully stocked kitchen.
