"Positionen är bra. Mycket bekvämt. Löjtnant 👍🏻 Det finns en bakterie som säljer drycker vid hotellets dörr. H&M-slangen är mycket nära, precis T-slangen och badkläderna är speciella priser. Gå till den gamla stadsdelen och äta. Du kan gå till Chania Central Bus Station. Buss till Elafonisis rosa sandstrand och Kissamos Port. Frukost är också rik och smakfull."

"Vi bokade fyra nätter för att fira vår tionde bröllopsår, stannade tio och var ledsna att behöva gå. Vackert nyrenoverat hotell med bara 5 rum, balkong med havsutsikt, utmärkt mattresse och dusch, rymliga rum.Beläget i en tyst by, med fantastiska traditionella restauranger precis runt hörnet. Kort körning till de vackra stränderna Balos och Falassarna.För alla vandringsentusiaster kan du gå från hotellet över kullen till Falassarna stranden, tog mig en och en halv timme och promenaden har fantastisk utsikt. Varje morgon skulle Ioannis förbereda oss smakfulla färska frukost med många val.Det vackra inredda frukostrummet med instrumental musik och Ioannis's lugnande närvaro var en oas av fred.Tack Ioannis, vi hoppas att vara tillbaka snart 🙏🏻. "I gave the hotel a 2 star because of the location. We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and had to shower in cold water! The AC was also not working in the last two nights, in one of the rooms. The hotel has no reception area or a person on site. If you need anything, like beach towels or clean towels, you have to message the owner on WhatsApp and wait for him to respond! The owner also had rude comments to say, even when we were the ones who were inconvenienced. I do not recommend this hotel."

"I'll start with the good. The bathroom was a nice size and the shower was wonderful. The king-size bed is also worthy of praise. What's not so good was how noisy the room was. The ceiling wasn't there in the conventional sense, it was just the joists and then the floorboards of the room above, which meant that any movement upstairs was very loud. You also need to be aware that finding the entrance and getting checked-in can be a challenge. If you get a shuttle bus from the airport it will drop you in the general area of the hotel, but to find it you'll need Google Maps, or similar, and then be surprised to discover the hotel's entrance is tucked away around the back of the building. Once you've found it you then realise there's no reception desk. You now need to find the sister hotel - the Elia Bettolo Hotel as that's where you check-in and also where breakfast is served. Fortunately, it is just across the street. Another thing to note is that the tea and coffee options are taken care of via a 'pod' system. On the face of it all good. Except for the fact you only get two coffee pods and once you've used those you're expected to pay for any extras."

"Stannade i 3 nätter i detta mycket vänliga välkomnande hotell.Mitt rum var redo så snart jag anlände på morgonfärjan från Loutro.Användningen av solsängar för hotellgäster var en stor bonus, precis som den underbara restaurangen och någonsin hjälpsam personal. Min sista dag lämnade inte min färja tills 17.30 och jag fick behålla mitt rum tills då utan extra avgift.Absolut underbara äkta människor jag definitivt kommer att stanna igen."
