De tog oss upp precis när vi kom ut ur taxin och hjälpte oss att bära bagaget. Vi hade tur att få en uppgradering till ett rymligt och vackert rum, och den uppvärmda sängen var mycket användbar under vintersäsongen. "You need to walk 5mins from nearest place where car can drop off so be prepared to tip for hotel staff who arrange the help of luggages. Or just bring a backpack or small luggage. Without the luggage, location is good. Staff were very helpful and kind. Badr was very helpful 👍 Just didn’t like the toilet very much, like most similar accommodations in Morocco, no ventilation inside. It’s nice that room windows can be opened like all accommodations we had across Morocco."

"The Hotel is Very well located, Just few steps from the Kasbah and the old town. It has lovely views from the rooms of the Rif mountains. The staff is very nice, they helped to relocate us in a different room, they speak various languages. Although I have to say they even though we saw the pictures of the Hotel online, the front desk lady, gave us the worst room, and the Hotel was almost empty due to low season. Being honest, this is NOT A 4 Star hotel. For many reasons, at best a 3 star and stretching it. The decoration and furniture are VERY OLD, the windows in our room where broken so they didn’t close well. The Bathroom mat had holes in it, and the closet doors didn’t close well too. Some of the hall decoration looked very sad and very used, also it lacked light in it. The breakfast was very poor in its variety, (no fruits, or vegetables, no yogurt or cereals). It’s not a bad place, but if you are looking for a 4 star accommodation or amenities, this is not the place for you. I don’t think it was a fair price for what they are offering."

"Excellent riad. Very authentic and atmospheric. The main advantage is a quiet courtyard with a garden and a pond. There are also restaurant tables where you can eat in peace and quiet. Convenient access to all attractions. For those traveling by car, you can find a place not far from the riad by specifying Airbnb parking in the navigator."

"This locations looks very nice for pictures, not to stay here. The rooms are tiny and with the smell of mold. We stayed in suite Rkia. The bathroom doors are not closing, no privacy at all. The beds were uncomfortable, very hard, the towels were greyish and a stained curtain was at the shower. I have allergies and I woke up the first morning with my face swallowed. For dinner we had to go in another building. We stayed on a rooftop terrace, where 2 tables were placed. I felt like when I was student . They literally brought the food from outside, in 2 bags, and offered it after they put it on the plates in a kitchen. It was tasty and that was a good point. The next morning we were supposed to have breakfast at 8,30, no one was there. In a few minutes a very nice lady came out, asked us if we want to eat and in 20 munutes the breakfast was ready. For 3 people we had 3 eggs, 3 corn breads, 3 fried in oil breadlike, some olives and about 50 g of cheese. Honey and jam was offered but nothing to eat it with. The coffee was poor. The tea was good and the fresh squeezed orange juice was also good. So, of you are on budget, go here, otherwise it can ruin your experience."

"So, let me start by saying that Dar Rafik in Chefchaouen is a beautiful guesthouse. We had a pretty good experience overall, but there were a few hiccups along the way. First things first, the breakfast at the rooftop was fantastic! The bread was tasty, and we enjoyed it while taking in the nice view. It was a great way to start our day. The staff at Dar Rafik were helpful and accommodating. They assisted us in calling a taxi and allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours on the day we checked out. It was convenient and made our travel plans much easier."

"The hotel isn't bad, it matches the photos. It's a good option for those with a car. There's parking right in front of the hotel. It's a motel. Without a car, it's not a good option; walking, while not far, is very inconvenient. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. Juice, tea, and coffee were included. Everything in the photo, plus eggs. I didn't like that there was no duvet cover, just a sheet under the blanket. There are so many authentic places in Morocco. I also didn't like that there were no utensils at all. But we asked reception for cups and spoons, and they gave us some."
