"The facilities, which just opened in June 2026, are incredibly new and comprehensive. They have everything you could possibly need: a large public bath, cold drinks, snacks, tea, coffee, a coin-operated washing machine, and even a smoking room upstairs! The restaurant connected to the first floor serves as the hotel's breakfast spot. The selection isn't huge compared to what you'd find in China, but it's fine for a two-day stay. For longer stays, you'll find more options at the Lawson convenience store next door. Housekeeping cleans for guests staying three consecutive nights. We were staying for three nights, and since we didn't go out, a staff member came to check on us. The weather was bad that day, with a typhoon and rain, so we ended up hiding in the 14th-floor public bath. An hour later, when we came downstairs, the cleaning staff was still in our room – talk about thorough! 👍 It's super convenient for dining, accommodation, and transportation. Currently, Ctrip members get great deals. However, the staff seem to be 'newbies' and appeared strangely nervous around guests. Maybe it's because we're foreigners, but we were speaking Japanese! 😂"

There is a front desk on the first floor of the hotel, providing consultation services, and you can get a bottle of mineral water every day. The female single room is on the 5th floor, which is very clean and safe, suitable for single travel accommodation. There is a lounge, free Wi-Fi, a separate shower room, a dressing room, and Dyson hair dryers and lotions on the floor. There is free coffee and hot water for instant noodles. Bath towels and bathrobes are changed every day, and the service is in place. It is cost-effective and worth recommending."

If you walk past the station, there's a large Aeon supermarket, which is great for picking up daily necessities. The hotel itself isn't new, but it's clean, tidy, and quite spacious. The staff are polite, friendly, and provide excellent service. Very satisfied!"

They had sardine meatball soup, and I had a second helping. It's probably homemade by the hotel."

"First off, it's great that the hotel is so new. They have three elevators, but they seriously take forever to arrive. Other than that, I didn't encounter any particular issues. It's also conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from Kaihin Makuhari Station. They even held my luggage for me on the day of the live concert, which I really appreciated. Thanks!"
