"The hotel was poorly prepared when we stayed there. The room was okay, the AC was cool, and they provided a drinking water dispenser, plus a smart TV. However, there was no Wi-Fi during our stay; the password was constantly incorrect, which was very inconvenient. There is a private beach and a good view from the pool to the ocean. There are two swimming pools: one for kids and one quite deep, which I appreciated. For breakfast and restaurant food, don't expect much. Not up to 3-star expectations. They often ran out of ingredients, and we couldn't order everything on the menu, so we ended up just ordering French fries and spaghetti carbonara. They cut corners on the breakfast menu and kept the same menu for the two nights we were there. The bathroom smelled bad. I had to ask for camphor, but they only gave me three small ones, so the smell persisted. Furthermore, my bathroom light kept going on and off. It made me uncomfortable every time I showered or used the toilet. The other 2 bathrooms have a toilet spray on the left side, making it difficult to clean yourself because the hose is short and cannot be moved to the right."

"From when we arrived we were greeted with friendly professional staff. The villa that we stayed in was presented extremely well and clean. Throughout our stay we enjoyed delicious meals and a memorable stay. Hopefully we be back soon. Would recommend this to anyone that would like a first class stay."

"Our family of 10 stayed in 2 bungalows for one night, and we wished we could have spent more time at Ketapang Resort. Located in front of a surfing beach, we had a great time enjoying the view and the amenities. The kids loved the swimming pool, the ping pong table and pool table. But the best part about the resort is the people working there. So nice and friendly, went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We had car trouble (the road there was unfinished) and they helped with repairs and even let us check out really late to deal with it. We had a problem with water pressure though, and one of the bungalows didn’t have water, so this is why I gave them 4 starts. All in all, would love to stay longer at Ketapang Resort next time we visit!"

"Hotellet var inte redo när vi stannade där.Rummet var okej, luftkonditioneringen var kall och de tillhandahöll en spritdryck, plus en smart TV. Men det fanns ingen wifi under vår vistelse där, lösenordet var ständigt felaktigt, vilket är mycket obekvämt.Det finns en privat strand och utsikten från poolen till havet är okej. Det finns två pooler, en för barn och en till är ganska bra där jag uppskattar. För frukost och restaurangmat, vänta inte mycket.Inte upp till tre stjärnan förväntningar.Normalt springer de ur material, de kan inte beställa alla objekt i restaurangen, och till slut beställde jag bara franska frisörer och carbonara spaghetti. Frukostmenyn de skrek och samma meny för våra två nätter där. Badrummet luktar illa, du måste be om en portör, men lägenheten ger bara tre små så det luktar fortfarande.Jag är verkligen ledsen att mina badrumsljus är av och stängs av.Det är obekvämt varje gång du duschar eller på toaletten. Två andra badrum, toalettsprayen är på vänster sida så det är svårt att blockera eftersom slingorna är korta, kan inte skannas till höger hörn."

"Tack för att ni har gästfrihet. Mycket tillfredsställande plats. Viben är riktigt privat, havet är så lugnt. För att resa där om du passerar genom cikidang området, se till att bilens tillstånd är utmärkt eftersom vägen är ganska extrem, men resan kan bara nå tre timmar och 20 minuter från Jakarta om du passerar genom Cibadak området, Resan kan nå fyra och en halv timme, men ganska säker tur.Allmänt mycket tillfredsställande för familjeresa.Tack"

"Stayed here many times and once again it never fails to impress. Beautiful beach and pool, villas are cool and well looked after. Will continue to visit this gem on the south coast with it only 2.5 hours from Jakarta with the new toll. We visited with a group of about 20 and we all had a great time."
