"Before the pandemic, this used to be my favorite place in all of Costa Rica to rest and relax for a day in wonderful hot springs… It's a shame that the effects of the pandemic on tourism businesses are still so strong: now this place is terrible, The infrastructure is not properly maintained, the bathrooms do not work, the locker rooms are damaged and dirty, the lighting does not work, etc. I hope that one day this place will return to the wonderful place it was before the pandemic. Also the food in the restaurant is of very low quality, I couldn't eat my lunch. I accept that the price for entering for a day (without accommodation) is VERY cheap, but I would prefer to have to pay more and have more appropriate facilities and better quality food."

"Utmärkt hotell, det är mycket bekvämt och ren och servicen är utmärkt. Alla är mycket vänliga och dessutom är mycket säker. Stor plats, utan tvekan rekommenderar jag det. Jag reser för jobbet och det är en bra plats att vila och arbeta. Dessutom har du parkering och nattvård om du behöver något."
