Very friendly staff, however the reception was closed on the second day and had to walk to the kiosk office to check in, hope they should have provided enough information in the first place. "Loved our one night stay. Older style but very clean and wonderful staff. Courtyard Room was big with king bed and couch. Microwave, toaster and kettle. Tea and coffee supplied. No crockery or cutlery only coffee cups and tea spoons. I knew this through other reviews so brought my own from home. Pool was clean and inviting. I would stay again, great for price. Location is fantastic."

"Jag hade ett mycket bekvämt boende här och jag blev förvånad över standarden.Det verkar ha haft en ny makeover nyligen eftersom allt verkar nytt och färskt. Den anställde som checkade in mig var vänlig, effektiv och villig att hjälpa mig med en liten fråga med min bokning.Tillgång är enkel, även utanför handelstimmar.Jag stannar här igen en gång.Jag skulle säga att det också är ett stort värde.Tack!"

"Top quality accommodation in a lovely setting. Friendly and welcoming hosts. We stayed in the end cabin and were delighted to have splendid fairywrens join us on the patio. The cabin is beautifully furnished with a king bed, kitchen and luxurious towels and linens. Breakfast provided (bread, cereal, eggs, milk, butter) was a lovely touch. We only had one night but would gladly stay a week! If you are into birding, the property is home to a huge array of native birds. Close to Cobram but, as noted, not much in the way of internet. If you really need to be online, bring your Starlink. But if you’re after a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings, definitely recommend Tokemata."

"I was concerned that it would be noisy, next to a main road, service station and large fast food outlet, but the brick construction meant that it was quiet. The rooms have been refurbished, with a quiet air conditioner and the bed is very comfortable with an electric blanket. Hot water in the shower and plenty of it and the microwave, toaster and basic cutlery and crockery are all much appreciated. The work desk is quite small, though if you're not traveling for work, it's of no consequence. It's a small motel with only 10 units on a small plot of land, so parking can be a bit tight - but solved by reversing into the spaces."
