Locally walking down to bars and restaurants is fine, "cardiac Hill " well named back to base camp. Taxi is well worth it at €3.50euros there's also the magic key for the short cut."

"The hotel is gorgeous, good location, but let down by a cockroach in the room, housekeeping, they didn’t clean the room at all for two days until they approached the cleaning lady and said, they simply let him through, for unknown reasons, they gave him a room with an ocean view (they took the deluxe) swimming pool, noisy, swimmers scream during the day, you can hear a disco at night, so keep in mind, the food is not very tasty, watermelons and melons are tasteless, most of the people in the hotel are pensioners, the staff don’t care, they don’t bother here, no matter how many times they came for breakfast there were no clean ones tables, there were dirty plates of food left from previous guests, I had to run around the whole restaurant to look for a place to sit and whether there would be clean cutlery, people sat down with breakfast at dirty tables, or where there were no cutlery, service was 3. Overall good, but could be better!"

"We had a fantastic 3 night stay at this place. Great views from the apartment balcony to the Gigantes cliff view. Well organised and managed place. Decent pool. They were very good with us. They were happy to let us in little early as well as they accepted out request for a late checkout for an extra hour on our final day of the stay. They arranged taxi for us and happy to help. Recommend this place. We requested the apartment with nice views and had one with amazing views. Nice weather and my whole family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Kids were so happy. Walkable to the beach side and Los Gigantes view point. Supermarkets near by too. The kitchen had everything in it. The apartment had air conditioning as well as fans. Fairly priceed. Reasonable and affordable. Highly recommend this place."
