The team provided brilliant service when we had to make an emergency journey that meant we did not get back to the hotel until after the kitchens would have normally closed. But they kept the kitchen open and prepared a fresh meal for our anniversary celebration 11/10!"

"Sissinghurst Castle Farmhouse proved to be a dream come true for us, three Dutch ladyfriends in their sixties. It looks and is as British as you hope. From the moment you arrive, the house, the hall, the drawingroom, absolutely lovely and wonderful. Kiki and her staff make you not only feel at at home, but feel happy as well with their knowledgeable and cheerfull hospitality. The Farmhouse breakfast is amazingly goodlooking and tasty. Our rooms were comfortable and beautiful. In short we had an English gardentrip we will never forget and we wish everybody who wants to visit England, or just want a great hotel experience a stay in The Sissinghurst Castle Farmhouse. Thank you Kiki and Lizzy and everybody there for a wonderful time! Dominique, Dina and Hennie"

"We were given outstanding service by the team at the venue. We were offered and accepted a quiet spot to check in with complimentary tea or coffee. That extra service standard was maintained throughout our weekend stay by all the staff who were all professional, friendly and efficient. "Booked 6 of us in for Christmas lunch. We were so glad that we did as we had a very enjoyable and stress free time. All communication with the staff before the day was excellent and informative. Our table was in the bar and although the bar was busy there was plenty of space around the table so we didn't feel hemmed in. Great atmosphere too. Food was delicious and plentiful and our server, Tilly, was efficient and friendly. All staff were cheerful and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our lunch."
