"We had a frustrating two-night stay at Fern Daman Seaside Luxurious Tents Resort. While the location and overall aesthetics are good, the approach to guest care was utterly pathetic. The towels were the dirtiest I've ever encountered in a hotel, covered in horrible stains. The bed duvet had holes on both sides. I shared photos with the hotel team when asked, but received no updates or resolution before checkout. Despite the resort being sold out during our stay, management allowed an outside group of 20-30 youngsters to occupy the pool all day. There were no clothing rules enforced, so people bathed in regular clothes. In the evening, the lawn behind the tents was rented for a function. They promised music would end by 10-10:30 PM, but it continued until 11:30 PM. As these are tents, sound travels easily inside, yet management showed no consideration for guests while prioritizing extra revenue. O’Barzinho had extremely slow service. Even when we specifically requested less spicy food, dishes were overwhelmingly spicy both days. Dish served was incomplete compared to menu descriptions. At checkout, I spoke with GM Shri Niraj Kumar Singh to raise these issues. He was busy and promised a senior team member would meet me, but no one did before I left. Positives: Breakfast had a decent spread, and garden maintenance was good. Note: The resort faces the Daman Ganga River, not the beach. Overall: Avoid this hotel for a stay in Daman—better options exist at lower prices."

"Från det ögonblick vi checkade in i vårt Super Deluxe Room med balkong i Moustache Daman visste vi att resan skulle vara speciell.Rummet var luftigt, smakfullt dekorerat och erbjöd bara rätt kombination av komfort och charm. Kungens säng var otroligt skönt, och det bifogade badrummet var spottlöst och välutrustat.Egendomen hade en ung, livlig vibration, men vi hittade fortfarande massor av fredliga ögonblick att njuta av som ett par. Personalen var snäll och alltid redo att hjälpa, oavsett om det var med rumsservice eller föreslår närliggande platser att utforska.Vi slutade varje dag med middag i inhemsk café.Enkel, delikat och perfekt för en låst kväll. "The property has one of the most rude/unprofessional staff! You can hardly find smile on anyone's face. They will not welcome you. Our welcome drinks were sent to our room later. Cookies and snacks jar were sent only when pointed out. Baby food (Khichdi) is not available till noon! Stag group is allowed in the property. They drink in the pool and it becomes difficult for families to be comfortable with them around."

Need atleast five hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, Napkins, night dress. 2. need soap stands near Basins. 3. Phone extension in the suite sitting area. 4. Must Cover the walk way to the dinner area, very slippery in the rain. 5. Pool side Umbrella need to be stronger to stay firm on a windy day. Can be used to spend pool side time. Best wishes DR.
