Throughout the interaction, their attitude was arrogant and they showed no willingness to resolve anything. They were rude and initially ignored the problem. When I tried to clarify each staff member's role, things were unclear, and the manager lied to help the staff avoid accountability. The management here is completely chaotic. Considering I've stayed at Huazhu Group hotels many times, and just a few weeks ago I experienced a similar issue, this severely impacts my trust in the brand. I absolutely would not recommend this place, and I will never stay here again."
