"Be aware that this property is not a hotel but an apartment in a locked building. We booked well ahead, arrived, and were told that instructions on how to enter the building were sent via WhatsApp, which wasn't true. After a phone call with a very rude man who refused to provide us with the information via phone, we had to leave and stay at another property. No refund was issued, no apologies were sent. In addition, the free parking offered is not at the property but a good 300m away. No bicycles are allowed in the building. "

"This hotel is located a little far from the bus stop, no public taxi at this small town, however the staff is helpful, he assist us to book a car for us to go to the train station The hotel is at the riverside with nice views. The people at this small town are friendly and welcoming"

"Aquatel ligger ca 3 km från Dinant. I huset ligger en stor kajak uthyrning, men det finns ännu fler aktiviteter, t.ex. klättring, Zip-linje. Mitt rum var ordnat och ren, också tillräckligt stort. Jag var nöjd med min boende till det billiga priset för Belgien."
