"Jag kom för första gången för 10 år sedan och sa att när jag skulle bo på nästa resa kommer jag tillbaka. Det är något gjort denna helg och det var en stor glädje. I detta charmiga hotell känner vi oss som hemma! Rummen är enkla men väl inredda liksom resten av hotellet. En mysig lounge väntar på dig med tillgänglig läsning, böcker, det är bra att tillbringa en liten stund där. Vi har varit mycket väl välkomnade av charmiga personer och små vård som inte tvekar att dela oss av bra adress. Hotellet är 10mns promenad från centrum. Möjlighet att parkera på gatan eller på en gratis parkering i närheten. Le bus venant de la gare de Saint Malo s’arrête au bout de la rue ! En famille ou en couple, n’hésitez pas !"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room looked over the bay, and had a balcony with table, chairs and a sun lounger. The beds were very comfortable with really good quality bedlinen, very soft and smooth, and the housekeeping was excellent. Everything was very clean, and the linen changed regularly. We also had a bath, with shower above. So it was very comfortable. The location is excellent, convenient for walks, restaurants and shops and the staff were friendly. Considering there is no chef, breakfast offered a good choice. We would definitely stay again. "

"I am a travel agent. I originally made a reservation and changed it within the acceptable period. I paid for the first reservation and was told to pay again for the second and I would be refunded. 3 weeks have gone by. No one at the hotel responds. When I stayed there no one had an answer. When I called no one had an answer and when I emailed no one answered. $4600. No refund. Fortunately Amex will take care of this. But there is no service at this hotel. And no one knows anything. I will never send a client here. It is like the blind leading the blind. Stay away!!"

"This four-star hotel was better than many of the five-star hotels I stayed at during my trip to France. Breakfast was included, and it even included oysters and champagne. The La Mer spa treatment and the shampoo and lotion in the room were quite good. I didn't know I needed to book dinner; I hadn't. I was scheduled for the second round at 8:45 pm, which was quite late. The waiters didn't speak English, and the food was just average."

"The journey to the hotel went smoothly. The hotel has an underground car park only about 100 metres from the hotel, which was very spacious by French standards. Bravo. The architecture of the hotel itself is very reminiscent of the 80s and does not fit in at all with the surroundings. The reception at the hotel was dismissive and reserved. Our room turned out to be small and functional, but clean and with a great view of the bay. As our room was cold, we turned on the heating only to find that it had to be activated by reception, which was only done on request. However, the temperature was limited so that the room didn't get really warm. Obvious savings are being made here. The breakfast offer was very small and spartan, old baguette, old bread. In addition, the breakfast room lacked what the car park had in abundance: space. It was very cramped both at the small buffet and at the seats in the adjoining room."

Excellent cocktails, attentive staff, very pleasant piano atmosphere. I was amazed by the “lemon meringue”. We then joined the George V restaurant. A plush, bright setting and generous cuisine. The evening menu at a very reasonable price was just perfect. A special mention to the service, both elegant and efficient, like the Hugo. Go there with your eyes closed."
