"The advertising said pool, exercise room was gone, there was no breakfast so everything that I checked on my filter they didn’t have since Covid according to the front desk staff. They would cancel the booking however the money would not go back onto my card for 5 to 7 days so then I wouldn’t have the money to get another room. He naturally blamed this on someone else other than the hotel staff. People were walking around everywhere all hours of the night-as I think this would make people with children uncomfortable. we were driving 6 hours to get there and I called the previous day to ask the person if we arrived early could we just swim or sit at the pool in time. The lady on the phone said yes you mam ,then when we got there we found out there isn’t"
