"We stayed for 2 nights in August. We had previously stayed at Grecotel hotels on Crete. I didn't expect such a disappointment. The hotel hasn't done anything to update since it was built in 2003. Everything is old and dirty. The room had old, uncomfortable furniture and terrible, worn-out mattresses. There was mold in the bathroom, the exhaust fan was covered in dust, and the toilet was installed so high that even a tall man couldn't use it comfortably. The beach is public; there's an exit from the hotel with sunbeds and umbrellas, but everything is in such a state that you don't even want to go out there. The sea water looks like a puddle. The pool is a whole other story! Mold, dirt, broken cheap plastic furniture, and dilapidated sunbeds. Prices at the poolside bar are twice as high as those on the promenade, which is only 50 meters from the hotel. Breakfasts are poor, though at least they bring Turkish coffee from the bar. The only advantage of this hotel is its location – very close to the city center. It was a waste of money and ruined two days. I do not recommend it!"
