Fiscardonna Luxury Suites ★★★★

"The accommodation does not have parking. The main carpark is about 30 steps climb and a couple of mins walk away. Parking is free, but it can be difficult to find a space. When we arrived at the accommodation, it was down an alleyway between an ice cream shop and a tavern. There was no one to greet us we arrived about 3pm, ringing the bell was pointless as we located the receptionist working in the ice cream shop. We got into our room, and we had paid extra for a jetted bath tub. This has been broken for more than 12 months, but this property is still advertising it on ******* and *********** at an enhanced rate. There is a deceptive notice in the room stating it broke yesterday, which is clearly just a lie. I was told by the receptionist that it clearly states the issue on the hotel website. We were not given any money back they just did not care. Breakfast is either Greek or continental, and you get this at Grecos tavern, which opens at 9 am. The breakfast was fine, with no issues. The room was big, the location was excellent staff were ok but the place is starting to look tired rather than luxurious. Would not stay in this accomodation again. "

"Hotel is positioned on a beautiful part of the island. The grounds are lush and pool is great. We loved everything here as far as the environment, views, amenities and our room, but the service was quite poor specially with the front desk. Our room was directly by the pool, and two nights in a row live music was playing at the pool restaurant until 11pm, which is great if you are there enjoying it, but not when you have a small child and trying to put them to bed. The next day when I told the front desk member that the music was very loud in our room and we were unable to sleep he just said yes we can play music until 11. When I pushed further and asked if we could be moved the answer was no. And that was that. I was stunned at this terrible customer service. I appreciate the hotel was fully booked but a simple gesture, an apology or sympathy would have gone a long way."

"Vackra lägenheter i förmodligen den bästa platsen i Fiscardo med utsikt över bay, vi stannade i rum 111 som var massivt!Rummet var mycket bekvämt med massor av lagring och en säkerhet och renades mycket väl varje dag utom söndag. Utsikten från vårt rum var fantastisk och vi njöt av att titta på superbåtarna som kom och gick och folk tittade från balkongen."

"Vi stannade i de vackra Fiscardo Studios i tre underbara dagar.Studierna är mycket väl belägena i hjärtat av byn med absolut fantastisk utsikt.Kvaliteten på boendet var utmärkt, välutrustad och ren. Oväntad is på kakan var den mycket stora balkongen med sömnande utsikt över bajen.Söt värd också.Vi kommer tillbaka!"

"We had a fantastic time here. Our apartment (10) was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was exceptional. Bed was comfortable, kitchenette area was well equipped. The staff we encountered were lovely, including Tony, who helped take our suitcases up. May was a perfect time to go; we had the pool to ourselves most days. Pool towels are provided. It’s a tranquil place. There are lots of stairs to the apartments so I would say they may not be suitable for people with mobility issues."

"Stannade vid lägenheterna i juli.Katerina på receptionen var en absolut glädje.Kan inte göra tillräckligt för dig.Hon var mycket trevlig, informativ och hade bra lokal kunskap.Fleura renaren var en vacker dam och var villig att behaga. Hon sorterade ut en mindre ant-fråga inom några minuter och renade köket.Utanför området är tillräckligt, även om ytterligare skugga skulle ha varit fördelaktigt i ett specifikt område. Frukost var fantastisk, med all frisk, lokal produkt, och ger suiterna vinkel över sina konkurrenter."
